Water weight on Anavar was created by NutriChick
Hi everybody,

Apologies if this is the wrong forum to post this question.

I am currently using 10mg Anavar and have gained water weight. I have a comp in 3 weeks and was thinking about stopping the anavar to be able to drop this water weight. My question is - How long do you think it will take to drop this excess water weight? I will be using dandelion drops as from tomorrow and possibly Cellucor L2 in the last week.

I started the Anavar 3 weeks ago and my waist measurement was 60.5cm and now it is 63.5cm. My diet has been clean and i have been doing cardio everyday. It is actual Anavar - Keifie, and i did verify the product on the site.

Thanks a million

Water weight takes about 2 weeks to come off after stopping the var. If you know how to drop water weight fast though, (by adjusting your water, sodium and carbs) you can do it easy in 5 or 6 days.

Even one or two days. What are you competing in, do you need your strength on that day?

Sorry, I don't yet have any real life experience helping people loose water weight after a cycle of test, and I'm not going to guess, so someone else will have to help you there.

Good luck with your competition!

For yourself my advice to you would be stop the anavar now so that hopefully you would have naturally lost the water weight competition time, and if by 2 or 3 days before comp you're not satisfied then (or even if u just want to appear more shredded) flush the water with your salt/water/carbs levels.

This would be the least demanding and stressful route for your body.
