And I agree with 00Pump, your heart has probably been through a lot of stress, so it is imperative that you consult with your cardiologist.
And please don't jump on gear too soon, the last thing we all need is another steroid scare story on news24.

What Pump meant was talking to your cardiologist about training: cardiovascular training and weight training and the possible implications it might hold for you as well as the diet you intend to follow. Go have a chat with him about that and about you possibly using gear in the future and hear what he says.
Apologies Pump did not realise you were replying.
It is on you. It always has been...

Add your stats: Height, age, BF%
Having a Heart opp sounds serious... Leaving you with only the option to this with proper diet and exercise. Which is not a bad option at all! Most (If not all) fat burners contain a lot of stimulants, that also increases your heart rate, and really does not work any miracles. Its all Diet.
Break your target down. Like: you want to lose 6kg in 3 months. Thats 2kg a month. Make it realistic, put your heart into it, and you will achieve it!
Good luck!

Wanna say thanks for all the advice.
Will have a chat with my cardiologist and take it from there...the reason why i wanted to start getting it with roids is i used to be a kickboxer but after the hart op i may not compete in any contact sport so i want to gym and stay in shape

You do not need steroids to stay in shape.
Hard work and dedication and a good diet will be a good starting point. You certainly need to learn how to train properly and eat correctly before you can consider doing a steroid cycle.
Also as stated above, if you ever decide you want to try some "fat burners" def speak to your cardiologist as majority (if not all of them?) are stimulants and they will affect your heart rate. Clen, Yohimbine, FFF, Phedra cut, ECA etc. etc. etc.
Also pre-workouts I believe contain various stimulants to speak to your cardiologist about these too.
Rather be safe than sorry, I have no clue how strong your heart is and your heart may already be under strain after taking some stimulants and then you lifting some weights or doing some cardio on top of that might be a bit too much for your heart to handle.
So just becareful and make sure you understand exactly what you are able to do safely and so forth.
Once you have all of this info feel free to come back, share some of the info with us and some of your short term and long term goals and perhaps we can help you out. A good gym routine and diet will get you far, I feel as if these two things are the two things which a lot of people overlook and which lead to minimal gains and unhappy people at the gym. Especially the "hard gainers", of which I use to classify myself as.
For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

well if you are going to be busy with any banned substances you don't want to be advertising your face for the world to see who you are

Your health condition limits your choices but guess what. . .you can still lose fat and build muscle if you sort your diet out.
Live longer by a healthy lifestyle sooner rather than later
