Lump after PCT

Hi guys,

So i ran the following course end of last year -

Week 1 to 8 Test Prop 100mg EOD PGW
Week 1 to 4 Var 60mg ED LP
Week 6 to 10 Oral Winny 50mg ED Lp
Hcg 150iu 2 x per week from weeks 6 to 10

I ran 20mg Aromasin Ed From day 1 one to end of pct.

Pct
Week 1 Clomid 50mg 2x daily
Week 2 to 5 Aromasin 20mg ED Nolva 20mg ED

I had no issues on cycle or during pct, not ever itchy nips. Gains were solid and kept most even though i was only on slight calory surplus.

Finished PCT about 3 weeks ago. Had a slight stinging pain in right chest on chest day last week. Last night i noticed a small, raisin size, hard lump just to the side of my right nip. Not sore or sensitive though...

Any thoughts on this and treatment options will help greatly.

That was a very toxic cycle, look at all the oral components you used through the entire cycle and then into PCT.

Anyway as for the lump, it could be from long ago and you where not aware of it or you got it during the cycle / PCT, who knows. If you put your hand behind your head and your chest is the pulled tight, can you see the lump then or not? If not just forget about it, it may just go away on its own. If you can see it I'd also leave it alone for awhile and see if the body shrinks it.

Agree about the cycle toxicity. I usually have at least four weeks between oral kick start and finisher, if I do both, but this time only took two weeks off the orals. I ran liver support, but even though I didn't feel any effects I know any damage will only be evident once I get values tested. Planning on getting panels run before my next cycle, which I want to start mid April, 15 weeks after last PCT.

First need to get this issue sorted though.I can't see anything when following the steps advised below. I've always been quite mindful of potential gyno sides. I store fat in my chest area quite easily and have to get bf down to about 10% before pecs really look like anything. Will keep monitoring it, thanks.

If it isn't visible when your hand is behind your head, then it's very mild gyno and could potentially go away on it's own (well get a bit smaller). Once you have a lump, remember all cycles going forward is going to aggravate that area allot faster.. So you going to need to look at how to handle estrogen / what compounds to use in the future cycles.

I find a lowish dose test cycle (500mg / 600mg) with a high dose of masteron, requires such a small dose of an AI (for me), as I am extremely gyno prone.

Hope that’s the case. If it gets smaller I would literally not be able to feel it. I’m doing quite a hectic cut at the moment so will get an even better sense of the size once by BF dips below 10%.

Will keep a close eye on it. My go to on-cycle is to run Aromasin @ 20mg ED. As a general rule, do you think this is fine? I also always do Clomid, Nolva and Aromasin PCT.

I don't like clomid, I find it aggravates my gyno. Just stop feeling the lump or you going to cause an irritation and probably worsen it.
