Dallas McCarver collapse at Arnold Australia

Hey guys,

Will try get a link up of one of the vids of it actually happening, but what are your thoughts on it? He claims he had bronchitis going into the show, but I never heard him cough alot in the build up and at the show, and after the show he went out... which you'd never do if you really had bronchitis. There have been some accusations towards his new coach Chad Nichols regarding the drugs he's been giving Dallas(Shawn Ray leading the attack). Possibly overdid the diuretics perhaps?

His body is probably under strain, remember diuretics are used to lower blood pressure (could have been dissy / weak) but thry also flush vital minerals out the body. It could have been anything. But by the sounds of It, dehydration and an infection

He does sound like he has a chest infection of some kind.

Something tells me he might want to redeem himself after the disappointments of NZ and Aus with a good Olympia showing...

Chad Nichols is his coach and this isnt the first reported case of one of his athletes ending up with health concerns and scares on stage, according to videos and comments by Shawn Ray, Chad has also had clients such as Ronnie Coleman having issues before a show.

yes, being sick is a contributing factor, but also diuretics and choice of diuretics can also be the cause of him collapsing.
