My first cycle

hi , I'm new to this forum

I'm starting my first cycle , I plan on using Sustanon 250 and Anavaar . My cycle will be 8 weeks long and 2 weeks PCT . I'm 22 , 83 KGS gyming for 5 years now

Week 1-8 - 250mg Sust EW
Week 4-8 - 45 mg Anavaar ED
Week 2-8 - .5 mg Anastrozole EOD
Week 9-10- Clomid & Nolvadex 40 mg ED for 2 weeks

Now my questions are -
1) Does my PCT look good ?

Welcome mate,

1. You're too young for steroids.
2. Anavar timing is weird. Do it as a bridge rather.
3. Sust will be painful compared to an ester like Cyp. Consider Cyp.
4. The Sust will kick in soon, but takes time to get out. So 21 says between last pin and PCT start. You can do Test Prop in this time period along with Anavar.
5. Start PCT week 11. Take a course of Clomid, followed by Nolvadex.
6. Consider adding hCG to your PCT. It'll help a bunch.

what is your body fat % at? what is your height? anything over 17% will be abit too risky to consider using anabolics. if that is the case lose some bodyfat % with a good diet and cardio in place then consider using anabolics. As Furk stated if this is your first time using, then Sust will be pretty painfull

My bad, 18 days half-life, 54 days waiting period. Shit that's ages.
