Intramuscular injection places

Hey everyone.

I'd just like to know from everyone where the best places are to inject and which size needles to use for testosterone enanthate. Please bear in mind that I'm a first time user so I need any good advice on the subject.

I'll be doing 250mg per week for 10 weeks followed by PCT of clomid (one pill morning and one at night for seven days) and nolvadex(one pill a day for fourteen days). I am 31 years old.

I've been advised to use a 24 gauge in the quad, but someone else also told me that the centre head of the shoulder is also fine but with a 26/27 gauge needle.

Any thoughts? Suggestions or tips? If this topic has been discussed at length elsewhere could you please show me where?

I use the 22g (light blue)for quads and delts, the 23g (black) for glutes, I dont have a fat ass so thats long enough to get into the muscle although some guys use the longer needle for deeper penetration :whistle: :blush:

The ventroglute is my absolute favorite! I never knew where it was until I decided to do my research and find it. To be honest its absolutely painless and easy to reach, I prefer it over quads any day!

Quads are my favourite for ease and to be able to exercise perfect control and to be able to use both hands. Then Ventro Gluteal and then Delts

Any particular reason you don't wanna do 500?

Google spot injections.

It'll take you to a very decent site for where to pin, I used it a lot my first cycle last year.

As long as you follow protocol, it's incredibly difficult for anything to go wrong. So just relax and pin

Draw with a large gauge, inject with a smaller gauge. Make sure you use an alcohol swab to clean the vial and the pin site.

Aspirate.

You'll be fine.

Quads are a good location for me, glutes are good if you're flexible enough or have a gf to pin you.

Delts bare also a popular first pin site

never shot there before, from the vids i've searched you have to be laying down?? or can you shoot standing up or sitting on the toilet seat

Change your mindset. You do not want to be injecting in or near the bathroom or toilet. Do it in your room. Lying down or sitting yes. But as with flutes it can be done standing just take your weight on to the opposite leg

I also prefer quads hassle free, quick and easy. Don't get any pip and hardly even feel the needle going in anymore.

I stay with my parents and don't want them knowing anything either haha, so a couple times I just took a drive and shot into the quad when parked in a parking lot or quiet street

I just raised it. Because places we think are sanitary and germ free are not. We must try and do this as clean and safe as possible. Always inject after a shower or bath. Even then wipe the site with a alcohol swab or surgical spirits. Wipe your rubber stopper on your multi dose vial with alcohol also before you draw up a every time. We must take every precaution to avoid an abscess or infection don't leave anything to chance

100% I make sure everything is super disinfected and clean before piercing the skin

that didn't come from juice, that was caused by injecting caltex cx3 synthetic oil
