FFF cycle and Depo Test was created by Monstrum
Hi Everyone.
I am going on FFF cycle to lose a couple of kg then i am going to do a test cycle (Pfizer's depo testosterone) Was lucky enough to have access to pharmaceutical grade stuff. It is all legit. I have a prescription.
My current weight is 122.7kgs and i am aiming for 100kgs then the fun begins.
I am already down from 5kgs in 1 week but obviously i assume that was mostly water weight?
Do you guys think that a 2kg drop a week is possible with lots of weights and cardio. I've done it in the past...
Should i maybe add something else to the mix like GW?

In the beginning it's always easy but as you go along, dropping weight becomes increasingly difficult.
Besides the FFF, diet can play a major role. If you are not very muscular and have a lot of fat, you can be able to drop at a reasonable constant amount. Not sure for how long you would be able to keep to the 2kg per week. With time and as you get fitter and leaner, you going to have to constantly adjust your diet and increase your training to keep things going.
GW is awesome in the sense that it give you that extra endurance to go a little bit further for longer. It won't necessarily let you drop kilos, but if you diet and training is in check, it can go a long way to help you with the process.
Personally I also like using ECA STACK, Hyperburn from One to help my get lean and train at high intensities.
All of the best
