I am going on clen cycle.
Should i stack it with yohimbine, will yohimbine be efficient?
And the doses of each please.
Was planning clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
How should i cycle yohimbine?
1hour fasted cardio in the morning and half an hour to 45 min in the afternoon.
5 days a week.
Going to eat packets of vegetables with skinned chicken breasts.
Whey protein with BCAA.
Looking to do this for about 2 months.
Any help please.

Dose: 5g per 50kg body-weight. 10g is the regular dose.
Timing: 30min before cardio, then refrain from eating until 1 hour post cardio.
Cardio: Great, just don't push yourself too hard. The Yoh will work it's magic.
Diet: Awesome, just remember to add some fats otherwise you'll feel like crap.
Supps: Don't take the BCAAs before your cardio, the l-leucine will raise insulin. Yoh only works in an environment void of insulin.
Best of luck mate!

I will take bcaa after the cardio?
Should i cycle the Yoh or can i go with it till end?
I will be eating eggs aswell in the mornings with a bit of oats, enough fats in eggs in perhaps?
Should i do hiit rather than a slow paced jogging or bicycle?

i was thinking of using clen on cycle, did it for 3 days and couldn't take the increase in heart rate anymore.
could be different for you, but the general advice is to stay away from hiit

Fasted: Take Clen + Yoh, then 1 hr cardio (Black coffee/ green tea is fine. Don't drink BCAAs before, you won't go catabolic and loose all your gainz)
PM: lifting + 45min cardio
You want to take the BCAAs post fasted/PM cardio? You can do whatever you want, but taking whey post workout is 100s. Taking Yoh any other time of the day is useless unless you are on Keto.
Regarding your eggs question, enough fats for what?

63.5g Carbs
125.6g Fat
119.5g Protein
1773.8 Calories
Figure out daily calorie target.
Take your KG weight, times 1.8, that's daily protein grams.
Minus your allowance of 100g carbs for LCHF. Zero for Keto.
Rest of the calories are fat (and green vegetables that don't really count).

That means my protein intake should be 189.
Carbs 89.
How do i calculate the fats?
What is LCHF?
I will only eat half a cup of raw oats in the morning for carbs.
Is 89 carbs really needed to be that high?

LCHF = Low Carb High Fat, you may know it as "banting".
Carbs can be zero if you want. But the trace carbs add up is all I'm saying.
Protein(g) = Bodyweight * 1.8
Carbs(g) = 100g maximum
Fats(cal)= Daily calorie limit - 4*(Carbs(cal) + Protein(cal))
Fats(g) = Fats(cal)/9

Ketotifen is expensive, Beta-sleep is cheaper.

Furk, just a thing here, why do you suggest he goes low carb and high fat at this stage, if he is just starting a diet out, i would personally go for higher carbs vs higher fats, i am just wondering your strategy behind this?
also Beast104, in my personal experience, carbs are needed way more in and around work out times to fuel your work out, i would do 30g pre work out, 30g fast acting simple carbs immediately post work out and then 30g of carbs 1-2 hours after a work out over doing all your carbs in the morning. this will allow for better recovery aswell as giving you energy for your work out that you are planning on doing.

His initial post about his diet said he was eating chicken and vegetables. If you eat protein and veggies (fibre) without a energy source (carbs OR fats) you are going to feel horrible. Only afterward did he mention oats. I'm not pushing him in any specific direction. He can decide to do whatever he wants, I'm just giving him the facts.

i completely agree with eating a protein without an energy source, so i was wondering your thought behind this.

5:15: At start tapering 20MCG clen and 3MG Yohimbe
5:30: Slow pace cardio 45-60 min.
6:30: 4 eggs, 1 scoop whey and 1/2 cup raw oats with water.
13:05 200G chicken liver with some veg.
17:30 weightlifting.
18:30 3 eggs 2 scoops whey. 1 serving NPL 10:1:1 BCAA
18:40 45 MIN Slow paced cardio.
Does this sound correct?
What carbs should I take in Pre/post workout.
I took some white rice this afternoon before my workout.
Going to cycle my clen and Yoh 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
clen tapering days 1-2 20 mcg and YOH days 1-2 3mg
clen days 3-4 40MCG. and YOH 6MCG
Clen days 5-8 60MCG. yoh 9mcg
Clen days 9-10 80MCG. Yoh stays the same.
Clen days 11-12 100MCG. YOH "
Clen days 13-14 120Mcg.YOH "
.
2 weeks off cycle.
then start again the same.
