So, what can I do to get some muscle and bulk faster? Even though I sneak a look and admire muscled guys it is not my destiny.
I'm willing to pay for any drug that can help me achieve that. You can pm me thanks.

Skinny, we can help you with advice on this forum, but asking for suppliers are not allowed. There is no PM function and exchanging contact details are also not allowed to prevent this place from turning into a marketplace for drugs.

Mate at 50 you can probably get on trt. Otherwise you're gonna have to try to source gear somewhere.
Also, liquid. Frickin. Calories. For real, if you're struggling to gain weight it's one of the best ways to push up total caloric intake.
And don't look at the muscle guys, compete with yourself for now. At 2.2 m you have a hella big ass frame to fill out and it will take long mate

I was also once one of the skinniest kids at a gym now no matter where I go I am one of the big boys maybe not the biggest but I am in between them.
Push hard but also listen to your body no use in going to heavy and sacrifice form and risk injury. Once you get a bad gym injury it is game over.
It is on you. It always has been...

Completely agree with DruOmedra on the TRT. Perhaps you should consider getting your hormones tested (blood test at a pathology lab).
What exercises are you doing?
You made it sound like you gave up smoking the instant the doctor told you too. Did you quit cold turkey? It's a pity most doctors don't even lift.

I did, had my eyes tested and my doc picked up something and sent me to the specialist, I obviously divulged that I'd just come off a cycle and he said if you're a smoker that only aggravates the problem.. told me to pick my vice and I did.
went cold turkey when I went down for a holiday in Feb and been smoke free since

My advice is go see a dietician\trainer I recommend a very good one, first get a proper diet going and knowledge yourself up on calories - a basic understanding of carbs\proteins\fats
that alone will work wonders for you, getting big muscles is 3 things 1.Dedication 2. determination 3. discipline
if you wanna be in the 90kg range not fat but muscular (not a duknek) have proper cal intake of around 2700-300 cal per day
its not going to happen over night that you look like the big guys it takes at least a good year to build a decent foundation

Skinny wrote: Muscled guys. I need your help man. I'm 50 unfit smoker. I stopped smoking and on the doctors advice I need to pick up weight to stay healthy. I started gym and eating 3 meals a day. Forcing myself that is. A month later I picked up one, yes, only one kg. I have always been silly skinny. At 2.2 meters tall I weigh 80 kg only. I try to bulk up healthy with nuts, avo, lean meat, tinned meals etc. No luck. I'm trying my best in the gym to build some chest muscles and biceps, hoping it would make me look .

be it on Peformance Enhancing Drugs (PEDS) or not, the biggest thing is your calorie intake in 3 meals is too low, at your height and weight, coming off the cigarettes might actually help you. the reason i say this is that you will find an increase in hunger when quitting smoking in most cases, and it is an old school trick to use nicotine as a fat burner, so now that you have stopped smoking you might actually feel that you are hungrier than usual, use this for your advantage!
if you are battling to get in calories, start by having your normal 3 meals daily, and then add in post work oout nutrition from fast acting carbs, such as jelly babies, jelly tots, marshmallows, kids cereal, the stuff tthat is packed with fast acting carbs, this will aid your increase in calories, but also will help secrete iinsulin, which is your storage hormone.
you could even add in fast acting carbs to each of your meals at this stage to try and bolster up your calories if you are only eating 3 meals a day. right now, PEDS arent going to help you at all if you arent having a diet that is full of calories to help you grow, also remember that gaining muscle is a marathon not a sprint race, using chemical have health risks attatched to them, like increased blood volume and raising your red blood cell count, haemoglin and hemocrit levels. so if you do go for the testosterone replacement threrapy route like one of the other guys suggested, then be sure to get bloods done every 6 months to keep an eye on your blood levels.

I'm really going to have to try and eat more calories, something I find extremely difficult as I have been a small eater since childhood and it seems like 3 meals a day is not enough, but Ill add some post workout food like suggested here. I dont want to get a gym instructor at this stage as I need to get a bit fitter though.I got one in the past and he worked me so hard I gave up on it.
I read some info on steroids promoted by something someone posted here, and it doesn't look good so I'll stay away rather.
