You could have pseudo-gyno and it's just related to body fat, unless you put your hand behind your head and you visible see a lump then you don't need a op unless you wanting a plastic surgeon to do what he does and do some cosmetic surgery to get rid excess skin. I instantly had a flat chest after my surgeries so if the lump is gone I believe you have fatty tissue and that will come back quickly after the surgery unless your body fat is low. Me personally I store fat by my chest in one of the first places so it could just be you similar.

Thanks pump.
I only had gyno on the left side the right side is normal.Theres currently no lump on the left after surgery. Im currently dieting would i be able to get back to normal? and would the skin retract if i had to bring body fat close to single digits? Or would i need platsic surgery? The skin is slightly streched.
