please advise on gyno related questions

Hi Guys
Woke up this morning and felt my nipple for some reason, havent had any sensitivity or sornse to speak of but on the right side not under the nipple head but under the outer rim towards my inner chest I can feel a small like knot its not sore to touch or anything. Is the pea people talk about normally under the nipple head itself?

Making good progress at about 110kg am top heavy been slacking on the leg days...haha running test prop, npp and hgh at the moment I dropped from 750mg of test e to about 400mg/wk prop had no issues at the higher test so im concerned it could be the npp and prolactin if its the start of gyno...sex drive has been better on the test prop compared to the long ester test. Been running adex 0.5mg eod as per norm.

I have run a lower dose npp with just an Ai and no issues as I try to avoid prolactin meds.

Would gyno start in the position I pointed out where the knot is?

I would rather be safe than sorry what plan of action would you suggest?

Up the adex?
Can get caber Tom from chemist?
Low dose lentro?

As I say it's not sore or sensitive just a knot on the left side which isn't on the right?

Should not be using npp without caber!

Thanks for the reply fillet appreciate your help...been on some sort of test for about a year and half now then mainly primo in cycles alongside it...this is the second time I have run npp am in about week 5 @ around 500mg or so...I haven't run caber cause it messes with my stomach...it's strange the lump or irregular hardish piece seemed to appear from no where haven't noticed anything out of the norm like sensitivity or soreness leading up to it...had bloods done last week for work as I was falling asleep from the growth they sent me in all my organs are fine liver, kidneys, thyroid and so which I'm grateful about. Will make this a two part post or the systems chucks me out and I have to retype don't type that fast.

Got a lot going on at the moment really don't need this shit right now so want to get it sorted..I'm in this for the long haul probably best to pull the glands out at some point then it's one less side effect to worry about...for now I have organised a tab of Pfizer caber 0.5mg from a pal for tom morning will buy more end of the week when I get paid...should I go with 0.5mg e5d and carry on with the adex or get some lentro to try and reduce the size of the lump what dosage protocol would you recommend I go with?

Yes been around here long enough to have known better it's crazy how many people I come across running 19 nors without prolactin meds few actually know about it and don't seem to pick up issues.
