You can use a 18g to draw both, or you can use two separate 18gs to draw from either. Then you can inject IM with a 21g to 24g needle. Make sure you keep everything sterile and clean, wash your hands and dont touch the needles with your hands. And try not to shake.
Yes you can mix them in one syringe no need to punch yourself full of holes, but make sure you do it either in the quad or glute or if you have Dallas Delts like me in the shoulder cause that dose will need a large muscle.
Be strong the next day bro, I use to do that in the quad just before I train legs.
