New Cycle Dosage

I got a new cycle from @RooiBul86
I'll be pinning 1m every Monday and Thursday of Testo Cypionate or Enanthate, will kick it off with Turinabol and bridge it with Winstrol.
My question is how should I use the Turinabol and Winstrol in terms of dosage?
