Clen + Beta sleep

Afternoon gents

I started running clen recently (Ciccone). At first I ran 10 days at 40mg, 5 days off, 2 days on and two days off. Quite happy with the results so far.

Ive ordered another batch my Clen that Im going to share with my buddy.
Im planning to run it
Day 1 - 2: 40mg
Day 3 - 12: 80mg
Day 13 - 14: 40mg
Break for two weeks.

FYI - Im keeping the dosages purposefully low as I already take another prescription stimulant for a medical condition. I'm monitoring my HR with a fitness tracker 24/7 and take my BP daily. My HR is slightly elevated on Clen but my BP is fine.

I read up that Beta sleep would keep the receptors fresh, how would I take it with the above dosages of clen?

Yep like Sam said,I personally just use 1 tab of betasleep at night if under 80 mcg per day,if I'm at 120-160mcg clen I'll take 2 beta sleep tabs.

As far as I know you don't have to taper down clen, and whilst using beta sleep you can run clen at 2 days on 1 day off for 4 weeks at a time.

Stick to a total of 4 months out of a year for clen cycling to look after your heart(from the mouth of a heart specialist,not mine).
