Test E, Anavar and GW501516 Cycle was created by BBX12
Cycle Aim:
This will be my second cycle. I’ve used GW501516 (20 mg p.d. for 8 weeks) and Anavar (60 mg p.d. for 8 weeks) previously with amazing results. Now I would like to add some Test E to the mix. I am prone to hair loss, so I am on Finasteride, Minoxidil and Nizoral as well.
My goal is to increase lean muscle mass, drop to 10% body fat, improve strength and endurance, improve swim times (mainly 50 m and 100 m events) while maintaining current weight. I lift weights four times per week and swim 4 times per week doing HIIT swimming programs for about 1.5 hours per session. My diet is very clean.
Current stats:
Age: 34
Height: 194 cm
Weight: 100 kg
13.5% Body fat
Current lifting stats (lifting seriously for about 2.5 years):
Deadlift 5X5 160 kg
Bench press 5X5 105 kg
Squat 5x5 140 kg
Overhead press 5x5 75 kg
Note: I’ve never tested my 1RM because of injury concerns
Proposed Cycle:
Week 1 – 12: 300 mg Test E per week (lean muscle growth and strength)
Week 4 – 12: 60 mg Anavar per day (strength and fat loss)
Week 1 – 12: 20 mg GW501516 (endurance and fat loss)
Week 1 – 12: 0.5 mg Arimidex e.o.d. (reduce water weight and prevent estrogenic sides)
PCT will start 30 days after last Test E injection
PCT:
Day 1 – 7: Clomid citrate 50 mg twice daily
Day 8 – 37: Tamoxifene citrate 20 mg per day
Any advice or suggestions to the above cycle will be much appreciated

Solid cycle. I would add HCG into the cycle from around week 4 (when you start anavar) up until start of PCT.
Also, if you're keen on the Var just keep in mind that the pumps you might get could be debilitating especially when swimming (immediately lower back comes to mind). Even though I have not run Var yet I have done Superdrol which is also notorious for the 'backpumps'. I have seen Oupa mention that it gets better after a while (or one becomes used to it); either way Taurine will sort you out in that regard.
Also, test dose is quite low BUT for your goals I would argue that it is more than enough. I have been running prop 300mg pw now for 2 weeks and even though the strength gains have not been monstrous, they are noticeable along with an increase in endurance and focus. The var should synergise well with this dosage.
This is just my opinion, maybe some of the vets can chime in.

If you keep doing what you've been doing
You gonna keep getting what you've been getting...

I would run Anavar from week 1 straight through if you were looking at getting a good start.

Anavar is quite liver toxic and general consensus it that it should not be run longer than 8 weeks. I personally think that 12 weeks of Anavar will put too much strain on the liver.

No, Anavar is one of the least liver toxic orals.

Thank you Admin. Would you then suggest that I run the Anavar for 12 weeks?
I've read that although Anavar is only mildly liver toxic, it can still have a significant effect on liver health.

Solid cycle. I have done something similar without the GW.
I used the anavar week 1-4 then again during my bridge period.
My next cycle will possibly be the same except that I will be using anavar from week 9 - PCT.
Loved the stuff and definitely got the pumps while swimming on anavar in the first few weeks.
