Hi everyone. Been browsing this forum for a while. And this is my first post here so please bear with me.

This is my first cycle. Been traing for quite some time though.
Stats are.
Weight 85kgs
Hight 1.76
Bf is 15%

I am currently on the forum's beginner bulking cycle. Dbol and test cyp with pct no 2.
There was a bit of a miscomunication with the supplier and he sent me 2 bottles of test prop and 2 bottles of test cyp. As i understand the test is test but the ester is different. So i started the cycle like this.
Day 1 - 26 dbol 40mg
Day 1 - 26 test prop 100mg eod
Day 27 - day 102 will be test cyp
Day 104 - 122 will be test prop 100mg eod.

Then wait 14 days until pct. Clomid nolva and hcg.

The dbol and prop gave me sore nipples so i am currently taking arimidex .5mg eod. Sides seems to be under controll now.

I have read on other forums that adding winstrol to the end of this cycle will make muscles harder and easier to keep the gains. What is the forum's take on this and if possible can i incorpoate it into my cycle.

Welcome to the forum.

Adding the winstrol will be beneficial, but I specifically made the beginner cycle to be simple not to over complicate things for a beginner. You seem to have a good understanding of what you're doing, so if you want to add Winstrol go ahead. Just watch your liver because you will be going from Dianabol to Winstrol and both are pretty hard on the liver.

The product i can get is 50mg per ml and its a 20ml vial.

How much would you suggest? 100mg EOD
Or should i go less. Also how long should i add the winny?last 2 or 3 weeks?

Rather take the oral at 30-40mg per day for the last 3 weeks leading up to PCT.

The injectable can be a bitch when it comes to injection pain and there's not much benefit over the oral.
