When is the right age to start? was created by Jericho
Hi All

So I'm turning 20 in September and I would like to know when is the right age to start
I already know people are gonna say 20 is too young and I'm fine with that I'm in no rush to start just wanna know when I can
I have been training for 3 years now
My stats are:
Height: 1.65m or 165cm
Weight: 69kg
Bodyfat: around 9 %
Arms: 16 inches

people like oupa, admin and muscle addict please shed light on the situation

I am in no rush to start, I take my health as number 1 priority always I do wanna start competing in the future

Maybe I can start with sarms now?

My questions are:

1. What is the right age to start steroids?
2. If I take sarms now and I later take steroids later will sarms hinder my progress? Because maybe my receptors aren't as fresh?
3. What is the most safe earliest age to start steroids?

Regards

Hi and Welcome.

I would advise that you wait till the end of your 25th year.

Doing SARM cycles won't be and issue just take the time you were on cycle plus your post cycle therapy time off to give your system a chance to balance out. And always do your Post Cycle Therapy after any cycle

It is on you. It always has been...

Hey bud,

I did my first 'cycle' (if you can call it that- superdrol only) when I was 24. I wish I had waited longer as I probably might have decided to do a proper cycle of Testosterone and not fuck up my natural test production and levels for a short-lived high.

Younger guys underestimate how high their natural test levels are. At that stage I was a beast. I naturally trained my way up from 68kgs (at a height if 1.76m) to 93kgs in a matter of a few months. Yeah I picked up some fat but that was pretty incredible in its own right, my friends and family could not believe the change I underwent.

Anyone can do this, btw, it's literally just a matter of eating like a beast and training the same. Understanding macros etc. I would do a 5 day split and go in Saturdays to do deadlifts and squats for fun. There is no fucking way in hell I would be able to recreate that now, without the use of exogenous hormones (I am 28 now).

Anyway, long story short, after I did the Superdrol and a later test and tbol cycle, I didn't come back the same as before. If I could go back, I would ride out my natural levels for as long as possible only only start cycling a bit later.

Also, I have been training since the age of 16 or so. I never, ever, ever understood, wanted to understand, or cared about nutrition. When I was 23 I decided fuck it and started eating everything in sight (mostly clean calories though). In a sense I have many 'wasted years' of training due to no nutrition. Wanting to gain muscle means nothing if you don't eat for it.
