PCT 2 HCG dosing question

I have a question around the PCT 2 protocol, it says "This is what should be done. Draw up the 2ml ampule provided with the HCG and mix it into the powdered bottle. The HCG is now used from day 8 onward as 0.2ml drawn into insulin needle once per day. It is then used one day on, one day off. "

The graph however shows at 500IU every second week (looks like 500IU one week then a week off?) Can someone please elaborate exactly how to dose the HCG portion

Those are not weeks , they are days . That is why it's called every other day injections . You take HCG on day 1 , miss a day and take it on the third day , and so on

Your Clomid is best used at 50mg daily for 14 days opposed to 100mg daily for 7 days.
Your Nolva for 30 days is fine after the discontinuation on Clomid.
Rather use your HCG in cycle, makes no sense to let your nuts sleep in cycle - try jack them up in a pct even though HCG is suppressive to natural Test levels. Na.
HCG used in cycle will allow for a better recovery in and after PCT, discontinue HCG before commencement of PCT.

I am running a Test Cyp cycle of 12 weeks 375ML a week and last 5 weeks anavar 50MG day

Also if using the HCG in cycle what is the dosage / directions

250IU x 2 per week from around week 4 is good up until your PCT.
Directions? You not sure how to mix it?
Remember HCG will degenerate so keep in the freezer after a few weeks of having it in the fridge.

Yes am using 375 a week as its my first cycle, There is so much debate on this on line its confusing however will see how it goes,

Another question is that I See on this site that PCT for test cypp is 36 days after last jab?? is that correct.

Also I am running arimadex at 0,5MG EOD is that too much or too little? what should PCT look like? PCT 2?

Yes 36 days.
You don't know if you need to run anti-e throughout your cycle yet as it is your first cycle, let's see if you need as you go. I'm lucky, never needed to use but always have on hand. Pct as in my post above.
