PCT advice

Hi guys.

I did bloods yesterday.

Still took my last clomid and nolva today.

I waited 15 days after my last shot Cyp 150mg.

I then ran HCG and nolvadex for 2 weeks. HCG every 2nd day and nolva every day.

So I was in clear for my waiting period after my last test shot.

I have also been taking DAA and ZMA and do my healthy fats, especially before bed. I am also taking Star Pharma Vaso Test.

I am lean and the strongest I have been in years.

But by bloods doesn't make sence. So I please need help!

Got my results back:

T Test 3.19
SHBG 53.4 H
F TEST 42.7
PROLACTIN 4.9
FSH 0.4
LH0.2

So what to do?

Do I run PCT again or am I just inpatient?

And would 1 proviron p day help? I have read many articles, some say 1 per day is fine and it only shutdowns in high doses, and then others say different.

Also, What about adding RAD 140?

If you are trying to recover natural Testosterone levels why would you want to run Proviron it is Suppressive. RAD 140 also suppressive.

Run your PCT again as your Cyp was still suppressing you when you started your PCT. Go to the Articles and read Steroid Cycle Basics and the PCT Article you Lear about the half lives of the various compounds and to wait at least 3 x the half life of your longest acting compound before starting PCT.

And what pct should I run? Is option 1 ok? My doses was very very low.

I didnt know rad 140 and low dose proviron was supressive. I even read under provirons profile here you can use it in your pct. But I wont. I waited 30 days... bit see now it should of been 36.

In your first post you said you waited 15days after your last Cyp shot.

15 days and then hcg for 14 and then did nolva and clomid.
But the clomid makes me feel rubbish
