Do you mean FFF works quite well in general or when taking Concerta? I've recently started taking Ritalin (same active compound as Concerta) and was also wondering if there was anything to keep in mind regarding stimulant based fat burners?00pump wrote: I find FFF works quite well. No problems in terms of interactions between drugs. But it's not necessarily safe as Yohimbine has a bad habit to interfere with psychological conditions. I always ask 'why do you use Concerta?'. Any other chronic meds? Concerta always has friends.

Not to high jack this thread but I’m starting my first Tren cycle this weekend (5th cycle, experience with NPP in the past). I’ve done some research on methylphenidate and Tren and nothing really concrete comes up so I guess it’s reslly a case by case situation. I’ll keep the forum updated if I feel there’s anything of relevance to report.

Sounds like an abusive way of using, it's designed for people with ADHD to be used daily, not as a study buddy for the days you 'need some help'.

I’ll give it a read. My doctor wasn’t too concerned with prescribing it if you think I just asked a buddy and got my hands on some.00pump wrote: Here is a VERY BASIC understanding of why I said what I said.

I’ve also done a lot of research myself into the mechanisms of the drug, as I do with all drugs that I take (medical, PED, and yes, recreational). I like to understand the mechanisms of how drugs do what they do, as I find it helps with understanding and managing side effects and other interactions. I have experienced with other drugs that affect chemicals in the brain and am able to manage them fairly well. I’m not one of those people that put things into their body blindly, or use drugs recreationally every single weekend because they don’t understand how they work or what’s going on behinds the scenes with the chemicals in their brains.
That’s why I put in the time to research anynlossobly interactions between methylphenidate and Tren/AAS, and couldn’t really find anything of substance besides a few annectodal bits of info on forums.
I’ll report back on my findings regarding Ritalin and Tren if anyone is interested.

We have the same understanding but different philosophies.

People have always preached about the dangers of drugs but forget to add the massive benefits they bring to the table. Here, in my philosophy I see a guy in a slump whose aim is to better himself and not to feel better about the world or get high like Towelie. He has two choices- either he can take a drug to aid him when he needs it and leave it when it has served its purpose. Or, he can set it aside and battle throuh the slump. Why must he suffer if he doesn't have to. Same thing with old folk like my dad who refuses to take cortisone when he has bronchitis, which means he will feel like ass for a week. On the other hand, when I get bronchitis I feel so fine that I have to constantly remind myself not to leave the house. Cortisone also comes with many dangerous warnings yet it served me well and I was much better off with it and the side effects versus without. It's all about controlling the drug and not letting the drug control you. Any drug that controls you will crush you. Exactly the same with steroids.
@Schmidt: Concerta is slow release Ritalin and the release rate is slightly longer than the normal Ritalin slow release formula. For Concerta, serious addiction is extremely rare and normally, post-usage, people feel 'different' for a week and then return to normal. This is where articles preach drama where meta-studies show it perfectly fine. Have you seen the extreme side effects of vitamin C? If one only reads the article one would never use it even question the sanity of others for using it. If you think I'm having a laugh please read the list of side effects for vitamin C.

As I mentioned I do my research on any chemical I put in my body, whether it be AAS, prescribed meds or recreational substances, so I'm well aware of the relationship between Concerta and Ritalin, and also why I referred to it as methylphenidate in my post to focus on the fact that they are the same compound and also why I asked my question regarding interactions between Rit and Tren in this concerta/fat burner thread.
I appreciate the feedback from both yourself and Pump
What I do find a little unsettling though is when a person's reasons or need to take a medication which was prescribed by his/her doctor are questioned. I had a major issue that I was battling with for months regarding work. I was totally unmotivated, I hated my job and felt guilty every day when I clocked out because of the little amount of work that I was getting done in a day. Since being prescribed the Ritalin I can't even begin to express how much enjoyment and satisfaction I derive from a full day of hard graft now.
Sorry if that sounds preachy, and I don't even know why I'm explaining myself. I get that doctors are incredibly quick to throw these sorts of meds at people these days and that there is an issue with abuse by people that use them "as a study buddy for the days you 'need some help'", but that isn't always the case.
We should also keep in mind that we are posting on a forum related to the non-medical, and often times abusive use of exogenous hormones
Pyro, I'll steer clear of oranges from now on and keep you guys updated if I find anything noteworthy while using tren and taking Ritalin

My doctor prescribed me Ritalin as supposed to Concerta because it can be used when and if needed, and doesn’t need to be taken daily for the compound to build up and start working, which is the case with Concerta. I didn’t just decide to only take it on week days. He specifically asked me when I went to see him if I needed something constantly or only for work.00pump wrote: You missing my point. The medication is not meant to be cycled. It's designed to be used daily... So if you need to take it take it but use it daily.
