Second time lucky? was created by Spaceman 36
Hi guys
I’m new here and hope to get some advise.
I’m 36 years old ,weigh 78kgs , train between 5-6 times a week. Also do a lot of cardio and run everyday or second day for about 5kms, I want to put on some muscle and loose the stomach. I’ve tried Test Cyp 250mg, 1ml on a Sunday for 10 weeks , all it did was increase my sex drive and also lifted abit more heavier.(this was done 1 year ago). Guys at my gym are not open about this , so I need some advice on what to use to put some size on increase strength and also help with loosing this stomach.
Thanks in advance

Welcome. We need a complete breakdown of your diet, sounds like that might be a problem because if your libido increased then the Testocyp was working, not that 250mg per week will do much anyway.

hey spaceman, a bit more in detail with your diet is whats needed.
How much of each food? Sounds like you need to start tracking your calories and that will sort out your little stomach issue.
I have personally done a test cyp cycle and did similar training with regular running and plenty of cardio. When i started counting calories it made a huge difference in terms of fat loss. I lost quite a bit before starting my cycle just by changing my diet.
Some advice from me is to change the running and opt for HIIT to assist the fat burning as well. Once you reach a certain intensity with running you kind of reach a plateau and the fat burning rate is kind of slow.
Welcome to the forum and good luck with your goals buddy

like Hoosain said, start tracking calories i would ditch the cardio for now implement when fat loss slows down after calorie manipulation stops being effective - the body adapts so u dont want to use all tricks at once.
Use the harris benedict equation to workout ur daily caloric needs create a deficit and see how thing progress also if u not tracking calories u could be under eating which can also effect fat loss.
