Need some help on dose-sage. A friend of mine gave me Oral turinibal, Proviron, Nolvadex and Clomid.

Any advice? Is this worth while?

As for the cycle. That is an absolute beginners cycle with orals only. Most will advise against it and recommend throwing in test. Depending on your goals i don't think it's a bad cycle for someone testing the waters, just don't expect to look like the rock after that cycle.

However lets wait for the experts to give their opinions.

Hey jacques. The guidelines are here, but before we go through that you wanna give your height, weight, age and maybe just what your daily diet looks like.

Also your goals so that we can see what dosages and what you want to achieve.

One last thing, i think you should hold off on this cycle as it's not just as simple as popping pills bru. Doesn't seem like you are ready to be on a cycle just yet. Maybe read through the articles section and then decide after. Remember taking AAS comes with risks and side effects and requires some thinking before jumping on the wagon.

So which is it? First you ask for dosages, then you ask if it’s worhwhile. Now you say you have the guidelines for dosagegs but want to know how to plan the cycle. What exactly do you want us to tell you?

Cut ties with your friend and plan an actual cycle. Look at the sample cycles for help then bring your idea to be modified by the forum members.
