Ostarine / MK-2866

Was wondering if anyone had any experience with LP ostarine.

I used EU SARMs before at 25mg and saw good, but mediocre results. Dropped around 5% percent BF with sound diet.

Will 15mg ED of LP osta for 12 weeks be sufficient? Any recommendations please guys

I will wager that you will love LP Ostarine.

15mg should be fine for a cut it all depends on your goal I wouldnt advise going over 30mg a day and I would not do that 30mg longer than 6weeks but 15mg for 12 weeks should be fine like I said diet according to your goals.

I am in love with LP RAD 140 at the moment at 20mg split 10mg Am and 10mg Pm an hour before I hit the gym the hardness and muscle fullness is addictive.

I was thinking about doing a RAD140 only cycle. Is it necessary to split? I read somewhere that the half life is about 16 - 18 hours and not necessary to split. But I almost want to split it like you're saying, just want to know your reasoning for splitting.

I work out first thing in the AM. Goal is recomp about 15% - 16% BF

If I dont slpit then late afternoons and evenings my limbs feel heavy and I get very very lethargic when I started splitting the doses it feels much better and my energy and focus and cincentration is much better also. RAD140 is sweet man

Just so btw, whats your take on LP's Yohimbe 10mg. So far they the only people that can say how much Yohimbe they have. Other manufacturers just say propierty blend.

I have used it a few times and it is good I have never had issues with LP. I ran 20mg split in two dosages a day just remember insulin spikes make yohimbine useless so be on a low to no carb diet or do intermittend fasting when on it.
