Howzit Guys
Does Off time include the PCT e.g.if I am on 2 months cycle and my Off time should be 2 months but does it include that 1 month on PCT?

Your off time should be the length of your cycle plus the length of your pct added together. So 12 week cycle plus 6week pct take 18 weeks off then cycle again.
It is on you. It always has been...
