High shbg

Hi guys.

Any advice into lowering shbg?

Mine is 48. It was 40 2 weeks ago

My free test is bound up. Total test is 12
Lh is 4. Fsh is 1.5.
This is post pct.
I am taking tongat ali and am going to start stinging nettle aswell.

Has my pct failed?

Thoughts?

Oupa. I used Rad140 from eu labs and got shut down. I did my pct. Hcg 500iu ed for 10 days and then clomid and nolva.

Shbg:48.6 range 11.4 - 52.3
Total test: 12.4 range 8-27.1
Free test: 193 range 180 -536
Estrogen: 86 pmol l range <160 if u convert it its 24. Actully perfect.
10 days ago my t test was 13.9
F test was 250
Shbg was 40
So, its the increase in shbg that is bounding to my test.

I know tongat ali, magnesium, boron and zinc lowers shbg.
As does ostarine and proviron ( shgb binds to prov easier)
But they are supressive. I thought of doing ostarine 12.5mg p day for 4 weeks or 25mg prov p day for 4 weeks, but it will have a supressing effect.

Rather give it time...

Modify your training and diet to maximise testosterone production the web is full of articles on hoe to do it but I frequent Anabolicmen yes it is a sponsored site but the workouts and eating habits to raise T is awesome. Also make sure you get enough sleep. Give it 6 weeks and then re test if your values are still out of whack then do a PCT again
