Going to stay there for 2 weeks and work with one of the coaches at oxygen gym not as a bodybuilder but as someone that wants to experience what they do that side.
There is a very small group of people that work with the pro's and they are very secretive and almost impossible to get hold off or work with. A co-worker from Dubai hooked me up with a contact and it literally took 2 years to organize this. It's been a life long dream of mine to go experience bodybuilding in the middle east.
Hopefully I can get tons of info for you guys.

Took me a week to remember my password after being gone for a while haha but Im back home loaded with work stress. I learned so many things while in the middle east. Won't be able to write everything down. I would say the highlight was meeting Big Ramy and Roelly Winklar
To make this abit shorter Im just going to point out the most important facts of my trip. Mostly what i've seen with my own eyes. Guys in the middle east have very bad english so communication was not so great , after that I flew to Dubai to meet up with a supplement importing company.
Bader boodai has a LOT of money and the guy can literally get you out of jail , so the anabolic part is not very restricted when it comes to pro bodybuilders in oxygem gym. They see their bodybuilders the same as a other country see a national sports team. Ahmed ashkanani , big ramy is like a God to the people there.
I realized once again if you legalize something the market actually dies out because there is to much competition and price wars. Like in S.A the big bosses behind anabolic brands make good money. In other countries you make the same money as a normal 9 to 5 job because the market is flooded beyond imagination.
A few things that was abit different to me.
• They LOVE Trenbolone. Even the average guy in the gym runs trenbolone. Like we have our 4 week dianabol only guys. They have the 4 week Tren Ace guys haha 1 to 2 grams of tren is not unusual and completely normal there.
•They EAT BIG. The guys that compete consume an enormous amount of food in the off season. I met a trainer from Holland that is working in one of the gyms (also has his IFBB pro card) but don't want to give his name. The guy consumes +/- 8000 calories per day in his off season
•Training 2 to 3 times a day is normal. What I heard from the guys there is , all of the athletes that is in Kuwait under sponsor from Oxygen gym and Bader boodai. Sleep/Rest 2 times a day and train up to 3 times per day.
•They disregard Health. Walking around between 140kg to 160kg your heart is not going to take it very long. There is actually a lot of deaths and fatalities that we will obviously never hear off. I can see why guys get scared of open bodybuilding.
•The quality of gear is very consistent.
A lot of guys within the Oxygen brand owns and has shares in pharma companies. 99% of the pro guys get their full supply from pharma companies year round. Oxygen full sponsor implies full sponsor on gear aswell.
•They have REAL IGF. And this I would say is the main reason you get freaks in the middle east. To be honest I don't even think real IGF exist in 70% of the world. Use real IGF and a boat load of tren , consume up to 8000 calories , train almost 3 times a day. Ofcourse you are going to grow like a weed. And this IGF I would say is the thing that they refer to as "anabolic chicken". There is speculation on myostatin inhibitors but I got no info on that subject. A section of the pharma companies are literally 110% dedicated to athletes.
•Alcohol and fast food is scares. Due to religion etc. People live a very healthy lifestyle. They love the normal fish , chicken , rice with spices. So the normal bodybuilding food cooked with flavours is a treat for them. They don't drink and don't smoke.
The main reason we see these huge transformations among bodybuilders there is mainly due to no more stress , lack of time and bad environment.
You go there as a sponsored athlete, back home it's wife , kids , work , financial stress etc. In kuwait you have time to
Rest and sleep
Eat loads of food
Use huge amounts of top quality pharmaceuticals
Train up to 3 times a day.
You don't pay for anything. You don't stress about anything aswell.
It was an amazing experience but not something I will do again. One part we are all passionate about the sport , the other part it's sad to see guys become like a zombie for the sport where you actually have no life outside of it.
Any question let me know.
Cheerz guys

-Training frequency was almost unbelievable. I did not know a athlete can go to 3 times a day.
-How big of a difference real IGF makes.
-Trenbolone always higher than testosterone
-The inclusion of warm/cold therapy for recovery
-How important carbohydrates is. You will never hear the word Keto / low carb there. Even when cutting or losing fat.
-Another thing that was new to me is the amount of weight the big guys push for 12 to 15 reps. Twice the amount you see local.
I thought they had a different recipe than the rest of the world but I would say the only difference was. Gym equipment ,coaches ,training frequency ,quality peptides, financial backing , low stress = more rest.
It was nice to experience the bodybuilding life to that extent. After this experience I believe someone calling them self a bodybuilder is a big word. It actually scared me to see what it really takes to become a pro.

Amazing to see that level of dedication to BB, but also quite kak as well, I personally don't like the physiques they produce, not appealing at all to me as a longtime BB fan, let alone to genpop.
