Mild Blast (Proviron / Winstrol / Test)

Has anyone tried a Proviron and Wintrol blast while on TRT or maintenance Test dose?

Considering my options for first TRT blast, just thinking of a mild blast option and I'll ramp it up later in the year. Read up quite a lot about the potential benefits of stacking Proviron with Winstrol also the potential benefits of Proviron while on TRT.

Stats:
Age 31
Height 1.84
Weight 84kg
BF guesstimate 12% visible abs, but not as vascular as I normally am.
TRT dose 150mg test cyp per week.

I have a few questions that I'd like views and opinions on.

1. Should I ramp up test for blast? E2 seems quite well controlled at the moment therefore my hesitation as I'll have to add an AI at higher test dose.
2. Thinking 50mg winny ED and 40mg to 60mg Proviron ED. Suffice?
3. Would I need an AI if I maintain TRT dose but add the winny and Proviron? In which case I'll increase test dose and point one becomes void.
4. Any other suggestions for a mild blast?

Just for the record my goal is to add lean maintainable mass over time while remaining as lean as possible and keeping sides to a minimum. Getting massive is not on the cards for me, also not my aim. In this for the long haul now, want to improve body composition maintain body shape and add lean muscle over long term. Focus on training and nutrition and I'm just not motivated enough to eat the amounts I need to create and maintain a huge frame. My ideal long term stats would be 90-95kg with sub 10 bf.

I take 180-200mg/week test C for TRT. If I blast I up that to 250mg/week and usually 300mg Masteron.

I wouldn't take an AI out the box, keep it on hand. Upping to 250mg test should be ok though.
Doses seem fine. Also look into Masteron at 150-300mg/week. I like it for cutting and I don't experience the joint issues like I have on Winstrol.
Proviron at 40 or 60 is ok, no need for more I reckon.

I have read a post where Oupa stated that 40mg proviron is enough to reap the benefits.
your winstrol at 50mg is the higher end of the recommended dose. Besides joints it will also give your liver a work out so keep an eye on things there.

Otherwise i personally think it looks good and any change i would make would probably be taking the test to 250/300mg like Mfezdro said. Adding masteron will also help with AI qualities, but will make it alot of compounds which you possibly wouldn't want

Why are you on TRT @ the age of only 31?

I think i read on a previous post he decided to put himself on TRT. Don't think it was a case of him needing it

This is not correct. I had my blood levels tested and was thereafter provided with the option of TRT by my doctor. Tests conducted included Free Testosterone Calculated, i.e Total Test and SHBG and Free Testosterone EFTC. Also had E2 tested. All these were performed at my request along with Liver Function and Lipogram. I actually recently got an updated price list of these tests for my next round of testing which I'll share for anyone who might be interested.

I have however stated that my TRT meds (Test Cyp) is now self sourced and I no longer return to my doctor for renewal, might be what you read Hoosain?

Win - your weight 50mg is good
Prov - 40mg - 60mg , 40mg is my sweet spot, but you can use any dose but above 60mg is really a waist

Thanks Oupa, what is your view on maintaining TRT test dose while adding the other two compounds? Would you deem it as required or if I feel that the current TRT dose is adequate will adding Winny and Proviron be of benefit as a blast?

No problem Hoosain. As promised I've added a breakdown of tests' cost below. That's one thing with TRT and regular testing, not a cheap exercise...

I would add injectables, not orals.... somthing like Primo or Equi to a long TRT test cycle. Orals can Boost when you go full out again.

So add Primo of Equi while maintaining Test Cyp @ 150mg/week?

Really like the idea of adding Primo. I might be costly, but is it correct if i consider running Primo 12 to 16 Weeks? Also dose range 600mg to 800mg per week?

yes and No. Your crusing on Primo with your trt test. 250mg Primo pw is what i use. More than enough.
