From what i gather every area/suburb/town/province has a few brands which are easy to get hold of.
So out of that list you get the cheapest and the most legit tried and tested.
Like in cape town easy to get it HD, BD, Genitec, Starke and some other cheap crap things i won't even mention.
So out of the lot i know that HD is good stuff but it's also the priciest. Then there is genitec which is cheaper and legit, but not as potent as HD. So guys who can afford use HD and guys on a budget go for Genitec because it's cheaper and still legit gear. Then you get your cheapest brands like IPCA which is said to be total crap due to being under dosed and some people claim to get infections.
Now you need to find that list of available gear. Check which is legit and i'm sure you will quickly sum up into which category UPA falls.

Check Oupas review thread and if you can manage to get some of the brands he has reviewed in your area then i would suggest going for one of them (that's if you don't get much info on UPA)
