clueless and need help please

Hi, firstly please dont flame me for this question. I know it has been asked a million times before but iam a total noob to this and i believe its only stupid people that dont ask questions. WEll here goes:

Firstly a little background;
Through my entire life i was a fat kid and going into my high school career i was weighing a wopping 128kg in Std 8 or Grade 10 today. I decided to go on a diet and lost a wopping 55kg. through this i had excess skin which got cut off through surgery. My entire life i have been battling with man boobies with fat around the pec area.
With weight training it has gotten better but there is still a little bit of fat and loose skin around that area.

My question is this, I have been weight training now for almost 4 years and it feels like my progress is very slow. strict eating was also in place. Ive done the mass builders, protein shakes, test boosters etc etc. I am now considering using some type of steriod to help me build faster and get more bigger and ripped. I have been reading and it seems that gyno is a problem when it comes to roids. A guy here has told me about this product called epistane and how its gyno properties are minimal. xxxxxxx and what PCT would you recommend to use with this just as a precaution?

Iam still very very new to this and so many things on internet. I dont even know how to get hold of the stuff because everybody is so hush hush about it, which i can understand.

Please need advice

Whats your weight?

at the moment its 89kg,,ive picked up some muscle and fat while training..
