MR for beginner? was created by Amos
Hi all

So I have been away from gym for almost 2 years and have only been back for 2 months now. Muscle memory is kicking in, but slowly.

Before i had to stop gym 2 years ago, these were my stats:

H: 181cm
W: 80kg
Bf: 12%

Current stats
H: 183
W: 75kg
Bf: 13/14%

So I used to be a bit lean and and that's the physique I still wanna go for.

Will MHR be good for this as it promotes lean muscle mass? Or is it strictly for people who are trying to burn fat and lose weight?

Thanks for the reply Oupa

Do you think I'll be able to add 5kg-10kg of lean muscles on a calorie surplus by December just on MHR?

That sounds overly optimistic, I don't think so.

Wishful thinking lol... Would it be a good idea to add GW or LGD for someone who's new to SARMs. My goal is just to gain weight but stay lean. I'm currently at 75kg, goal is to get to 80kg

Hey Amos, check the MHR review by Doctari. I think some mentioned in that thread that it can be used with the SARMs

Bang for buck, LGD is the best SARM for lean mass gain. Should go well with MHR.

I did LGD for 3 months, first one cap for a month then 2 caps, still fokol, training was spot on and diet aswell.
What a waste of time, MHR first 2 weeks hell yeah.
I wouldnt stack LGD with MHR, just buy more MHR.
LGD made me fucktup lazy too.
Just watch out for the appitite surpression of MHR I was gaining lean even while doing IM vasting.

Just my 2 cents

If you keep doing what you've been doing
You gonna keep getting what you've been getting...
