New to the forum. Could I please ask for some scrutiny on my proposed cycle? My goal is to add some lean, permanent gains and gain a bit of strength.
My stats: wt: 106kg bf: 18% ht: 1.84
I’ve been weight training for about 16yrs. This will be my first cycle:
1. Primo at 600mg per week for 10 weeks
2. Oral Turinabol at 50mg per day for 10 weeks
3. Test E at 250 mg twice a week
I will be running PCT number 3 (according to this website’s pct suggestion). Clean diet, no alcohol and proper cardio.
Any comments/suggestions will be appreciated.

I guarantee you'll come up with a new cycle by yourself and your questions around the cycle advice will be totally different.
I always give this advice as it's exactly what i did after posting my first questions without enough knowledge. Years later i still read the articles to check if there's something i missed and to gain more knowledge.

Here is a piece of advice that Oupa gave me when I was a newbie " if you jump on chemicals too soon and do not have a idea how to structure your own diet and training you are going to fuck something up.." it is hard words but true and Oupa is known for not sugar coating and respected for it. This is why we normally are reluctant to give avdvice if the person does not ive as much info about him or herself and their diet plan and training regime
Age is a factor so give us your age.
Medical conditions and medication are also a factor.
I am also going to say that if you have been training for 16years and your body fat is 18% we have to sit down and sort out your nutrition but rember knowledge is power so educate yourself. If you ask educated questions and do reading and research and post links so we can see your sources and see if they arr acurate or not how much help you will get.
Just understand this. We are also normal people just like you with normal lives we do this in our spare time and out of goodwil we do not get paid to do it so if we take long to reply be pateint life happens for us too.
Sorry that rant and it is not only aimedat you but every member. I am sure Admin and the Mods feel the same.
I also understand that Body Fat goes up quick if we lot go or slip especialy if you eat the wrong kind of foods. I went from 14% to high 20's in 5 months. But I was laid off with and elbow ligament injury.
It is on you. It always has been...
