Proviron - effective dosage to free up test

Hello all....

I've started my cycle with Anavar, and proviron, and after test will switch the bridge to winny/proviron...

I am looking for an effective dosage of the proviron...

1. To go with the anavar to kick off the cycle
2. to go with the test E during the cycle
3. to go with the winny at the end of the cycle as a bridge...

I've started at 20mg - i.e one cap a day.... I sort-of understand that it binds with SHBG so I'll get max bang for my ronts spent on the compounds (anavar/test e/ winny), but it doesn't come cheap...I'm not using it really for any gains - just it's operation. I know already that it is not effective enough in combating oestrogen, so I've got Aromasin for that - so it's really about the "what is the minimum effective dosage to free up the max steroid-deliciousness from the other compounds".

Hey. I would say 40-60mg of proviron

20mg to 40mg is plenty.

I'll stick to the 20mg and see - that combined with 80mg of Anavar - and then will keep it at 20mg with the wind at the end of the test....
