Hi guys, just got my bloodwork done and this is seemingly impossible to me.
My Dr says that it could be because I got it done in the pm (4pm) and it should be retaken in the am.

I am currently taking;

15mg LP Ostarine ED for about 2 weeks now.
Creatine ED for about 4 weeks now.
Tribulus Terrestris: 750mg ED for about 4 weeks now.
Fenugreek: 450mg ED for about 4 weeks now.
Whey Protein: 30-50g ED for about 4 weeks now.

Should I stop taking everything, and retake my tests? How long must I wait before I can retake it?

Can Finasteride have caused this? I took Finasteride for 10 months and stopped it about 3 months ago.

TESTOSTERONE
> T−TESTOSTERONE 3.27 L 9.90−27.8 nmol/L

> SEX HORMONE BIND.GLOBULIN 13.6 L 14.5−48.4 nmol/L

> FREE TESTOSTERONE − CALCULATED 91.1 L 174 − 729 pmol/L

The thing is, this doesn't seem to make sense to me. I'm still strong, have a fair amount of muscle, have no issues with libido or sex or ED anything like that. I don't feel depressed or bitchy like I have high estro or e2.

Give me your feedback on this pls.

Hard to say bud we only have half the picture here. No E2 tested. No LH tested. No FSH Tested so not a complete picture.

PS do yourself a favour drop the Fenugreek.

It is on you. It always has been...

The Fenugreek is part of the supplement that contains Tribulus. What's wrong with Fenugreek?

Damn I actually thought I had tested FSH, here's some more, but generally not so useful to this I guess.

The thyroid results suggest euthyroidism.

Fenugreek reduces DHT. DHT is what makes you hard and lean and vascular. Think Winstrol. Masteron. Proviron. Anavar. Epistane. DHT compounds and the positives they give the physique. Now Fenugreek reduces the amount of your natural Testosterone that gets converted into DHT so it is reducing your hardness and vascularity and definition to a degree.

Alright, I'll drop the supplements that contain fenugreek.

I'm going to retest end of the month.

Anyone else want to chime in here? The more I learn about this now the better equipped I will be to handle it.

Either your ostarine is not legit MK2866 or ostarine could me more suppressive than we like to think. I go with the latter. These arguments have been thrown around for years but I haven't found anything conclusive info. Someone on another forum who'd never use steroids before did a blood test before and during an ostarine cycle. His test levels were normal but also dropped to below 5nmol/L. Whatever you read or hear, you don't know for sure if the guys are taking a product.

100% with MA. SARMs are more suppresive than people like to think. That is why I always say just after or during PCT go with MK677 and GW they are not suppressive at all.

Damn, I never got baseline results 2 years ago.

It's complex, because I really have no low test symptoms at all.

Oh well.

But the issue is, if Ostarine is lowering my Test levels, shouldn't I feel like shit? I literally feel no different than normal, just a bit stronger, but I'm gyming as well so muscle memory yada yada.

Low T on it's own doesn't always make you feel like bad. There are other hormones involved. It varies from person to person. A few years ago I stopped using after about 1.5 years on and it was much easier than I thought. The psychological part about losing gains and strength is the tough part.

I'm about to join you on that journey now while trying for another child. Nervous of the psychological aspects, but I do know its only a temporary stop. But back to the topic, I agree that people can feel perfectly fine while test levels are low, as the head plays alot (stress/coritsole) to do with libido, etc. So in early years I never did PCT bar a few shots of HCG at stupid high doses and never had a 'libido' issue, but this didnt mean it was healthy having low test for the rest of my body.

Damn, I'll have to take it all into consideration, I'll restest once osta has cleared my system.

If I do have low t, I'll reassess from there and decide what to do. It could be worse, I'm happy I decided to get into fitness and learning about hormones, if I had chosen a different 'hobby' and then got diagnosed with low T I'd be pretty lost and probably just listen to whatever some GP told me.

So this has been a pretty big wake up call for me, sometimes you think you know things, but then find out that you really don't. I knew ostarine was suppressive, but never to this extent. I wouldn't run it again without a test base.

Do you guys think I should pct? How long would normal recovery take, been on for 3.5 weeks.

Guys I actually have a question here now,

So if Ost shut me down that hard, I was on it for 3.5 weeks, it is better for me to take a long time off now? Because I was planning on doing the Ostarine and then letting that lead into a proper cycle.

So my question is; if I take 8 weeks off now, and then go on, whenever that is, am I essentially ending up at the same spot I was before? (with regards to shut down). Seems to be counter productive.

Personal Update: I've been off Ost for 7 days now, I was feeling extremely tired for the last week, like literally looking exhausted until maybe 1 or 2 PM despite getting 6-7 hours sleep. I'm assuming that is a symptom of crashed T? I feel fine otherwise though, even made some PR's on heavy compound movements. And this morning I don't feel so exhausted, I assume my body is recovering. Can't know for sure though.

But, overall this has been quite interesting to me.
