Advice on which to run

Hi all
I've just completed my first sarms cycle
Which consisted of gw501516, ostarine and s4
And I love the results I got
S4 is my favourite
I ran all 3 compounds for 3 months straight
I ran gw at 10-20mg a day
Ostarine at 15-30mg per day but I did experimented with 45mg
S4 at 50-75mg but I have gone as high as 100mg

I am 21 years old
I have been training for 3 1/2 years
Height-165cm, weight-72kg
But weight now is 66kg because of the cut
My arm size is currently 15.75 inches
My max was 16.25 inches
Last year my arm size dropped to 15.25 inches on a cut because I didn't use sarms

I really wanna compete
My next step is to run a bulking cycle
So I would like some advice on what to run between

Option A:
Weeks 1-4: Dianabol - 40mg per day
Weeks 1-12: Test Cyp - 500mg per week (250mg split dose per week)
Week 1-12: Proviron - 20mg per day
Week 1-12: yk11 - 10mg per day

Pct
Weeks 13-14: hcg 500iu every second day
Weeks 15-16: clomid - 100mg per day (split dose 50mg)
Weeks 17-20: nolvadex - 20mg per day

I know that dbol aromatises
I already have aromasin with me
But I could also just buy letro

Option B:
Weeks 1-12: rad140 - 20-30mg per day
Weeks 1-12: lgd4033 - 10mg per day
Weeks 1-12: mk677 - 15-30mg per day
Weeks 1-12: yk11 - 10mg per day

Pct
Weeks 13-14: clomid 50mg per day
Weeks 15-18: nolvadex 20mg per day

And question 2 is now that I've just finished my first sarm cycle if I only wait 2 weeks and hop back on will that mess up my gains from the current cycle
I know pct is to recover but if I don't wait will it mess up the gains I could make from the present cycle?

Wait as long as your cycle plus PCT was. So cycle time + PCT time= waiting time.

What brand S4 did you use?

Going back on can’t mess up your gains. Going off even with PCT will result in a loss of some of your gains. The reason to go off is to let your natural hormone production return to normal and be drug free for health reasons. Us 40+ year olds on TRT stay on all the time. We simply cycle from a higher dose cycle to TRT dosing for the health reasons - even on TRT you lose some gains although not as much as when you go off cycle and do PCT. The risk is as a youngster you get great gains on cycle then you go off and feel like crap and lose your gains and ditch the idea of ever going off again. The key is to train hard and eat clean while on PCT and off cycle to limit the losses. Unfortunately many people not only drop the gear but drop the training and let their diet go to hell.

Did you experience any vision side effects? Did you run in 7 days a week or 5days on 2days off?

I ran 7 days a week

Which compounds which vision issues just so i know? SARMs im still learning about from people

It’s tough to give a definitive answer since I think, like with diet and exercise people respond differently to different compounds, both in terms of results and side effects (always the balancing act). I have tried the full spectrum of SARMS and found that compared to steroids I didn’t get any results (except a lighter wallet). That doesn’t mean they don’t work, it means they don’t work for me. The flip side is I can run 700mg of Tren a week with the only side being night sweats while with other people it messes up their head, they have prolactin issues etc.

In essence, what I have done is experiment to see what works for me. Advice is always relative to ones own experience and if someone is a coach the average experience of their clients. Unfortunately most people don’t conform to the average. After the long story I can’t say which to try except to say try a cycle of each option and see which gives you the best gains with the least sides. Maybe not the answer you want to hear but there isn’t a right or wrong answer.

Starting it September for 12 weeks at 50mg a day with RAD 140 at 10-15mg per day so I will give feedback.

On hd labs mk. That stuff is excellent. One guy pickedd up 4kgs so far on it @20mg ed am/pm. He words where “bodybuilders need to use this stuff so far i rate it a high 5”. Guy using it for 12weeks

Rooi bul let me know how the Rad140 goes. I had to stop after 5 days due to getting crazy headaches after taking it.

Had no issues before bud. Me and a few mates have done RAD impressed and happy. Even maintained stetoid cmgains post cycle only lost one up to two kgs of water

Why would it matter if they bring out other SARMS when LP has a full range that I resonate the most trust towards.

I for one do not live in sa. That alone show why i said the above statement. Supply of x brand here in my country is very limited. You may even say I should find a better supplier. But im not going to talk about that here as per rules. Which i know. But you can see what im getting at.
I dont mean to bash any brands here. Just stating something i have seen in my country stuff is limited to each brand per say.

If i was in sa. Then my statement would be a different ball game
