Check the sample cycles on the site and look at the PCT protocols:
www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/sample-cycles/48-cycle-1
Use something with a lower concentration, 2ml of 250mg/ml test will be fine with regards to injection pain.

Lord. I have no words.
67 kg is very light. How old are you?

I helped someone the past 3 month and he went from 65kg to 75kg with just adding calories and basic stuff like creatine.
If you can't get to 75kg on your height with just food and training you are going to waist your time with juice. If you can't grow. Eat more. Still can't grow , eat more. Then Throw up and eat more.
What's going to happen is, you are going to do a test cycle. Go to about 73kg. Finish the cycle and go back to 67kg.

I agree with this approach. I started 5 years ago at 68 kg. Ate like a monster and trained hard for 4 years until I was a solid 82-84 kg and then only turned to Anabolics and I could have probably held out another year or two building a strong base.
But if you are set on running anabolics, just run some Test E @ 500 mg per week for 10 weeks and maybe with an oral for the first few weeks like Tbol and then run a PCT from the examples section. Keep it simple. That's more than enough for a first cycle.

For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

I do not understand why people run test blends for their bulking cycles.
Rather run some Test Cypionate or Test Enanthate, you shouldn't have any PIP like you had with the Supertest.
I'd recommend you try source some PGW Test cyp - great stuff. Smooth, pain free pins.
You are light for someone that tall. I am 1.63m (quite a bit shorter) and weigh 64KG and would like to hit 70KG later this year when I run my next cycle. My BF% is around 11% at the moment.
I feel as if you are doing something wrong if you have been training for 3 years - do not worry, I have been there too though!
I use to weigh 48KG back in the day. Started gyming and just struggled to gain weight. I think after a year and a half I started gyming with a friend of mine at work and this is when I started making progress, doing more research and trying things and learning what mistakes I had been making and started correcting them and everything started to come together.
These were the mistakes I was making:
1. Thinking I was eating a lot, when in actual fact I was not.
Do yourself a favour, download MyFitnessPal on your phone and start counting your calories - go and read up on how to do it properly. It is time and effort, however some of the best spent time and effort for gains.
Going to the gym, running gear and taking supplements when you are not eating properly is like having a Ferrari which has been modded and is fully track ready and then trying to race it on a dirt road with massive speed bumps every 50m.
2. Thinking I was pushing myself in the gym when I actually was not.
I have seen this happen time and time again. People not going as heavy as they can because they feel they are currently struggling too much, scared to fail or just lazy. A friend of mine has been wanting to get fit and get into shape so we started gyming together a few months ago, on more than one occasion it has happened where I have said we should increase the weight and he has said no he cannot. Then we actually add the weight and he manages to do a set of that weight - without me needing to help him what so ever. Sure he was struggling, but he did it.
I myself still have this happen to me on the odd occasion.
3. Spending money on supplements instead of food (particularly "mass gainers")
Spending money on mass gainers was probably one of the worst things I have ever done bodybuilding wise. It was expensive and just made me fat. They're often full of dextrose and/or maltodextrin which is basically a form of sugar and I have seen some with waxy maize as well - empty carbs.
Supplements are there to supplement, as their name states. They are not a replacement for real, actual food.
The only "bodybuilding" based supplement I have taken over the past 2 or 3 years has been creatine (monohydrate! I do not want the expensive shit. I literally ask for the cheapest creatine powder they have... Often it is Evox). Oh wait, I have started using pre-workout recently (past two months) for the days where work is kak and I am tired as f*%k. I have made some significant gains over those 2 / 3 years and even when on cycle I still do not make use of supplements. Some people spend more on supplements per month than I spend on food.
You do NOT need supplements to grow, take that money and go buy yourself some chicken fillet, chicken pieces, mince (ostrich and venison is leaner and cheaper than beef now), steaks, a few boxes of Jungle Oats (not the instant ones), some sweet potatoes if you like, get some fruit as healthier snacks over chips and chocolates, top up on fresh veggies once or twice a week, some brown basmati rice (it's tasty! It has actual flavour over the normal tastic stuff). Get a kitchen scale (often they can go upto 5KG in 1g increments). The stuff listed above is going to make you grow and you'll feel amazing as well and have a lot more energy.
I am not saying supplements are a waste but people put too much emphasis on supplements and expect too much from them, they are there to assist occasionally. If you've had a crazy busy day and are in a hurry and need to get some protein in to assist you hitting your macros and you do not have time to cook, you can have a quick and easy protein shake (A tin of Tuna works too, around the same amount of protein as your average shake - I know, you can't drink it though).
With all of that being said, as Hormonas suggested look at doing a basic beginner cycle like the one here:
www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/sample-cycles/48-cycle-1
The Dbol is optional, leave it out if you want. I'd suggest you rather start with your hcg during your cycle (after week 4 or 5) and then run it until just before you start your Clomid and Nolvadex.
If you do decide to run dbol, consider splitting up the dose a bit (half in the morning, half in the evening).
