I did 1.5 years ago , sustanon , masteron , pripionat cyle for 3 months. Cyle last 2 weeks before the end. Suddenly I had a loss of erection. since that time I have problems.
Pct : I got 5000 ui prengly , every other day 50 mg clomid , daily 40 mg nolvadex.
I can't figure out what my problem is , endocrine , Urology they say this problem is psychological , I'm laughing at it because it's not pskological , I know myself well.
I have side effects :
Penile and testicles shrinkage = while walking, running ,exercise , happening in these cases almost buried , as if there was no blood flow sometimes too numb. + solid sperm
erection = some days and hours are in very good condition , but sometimes it sucks for example : very bad during movement.
I got Continuous blood tests , for being within reference ranges my doctors say it's not a problem.
think of suicide , i am constantly depressed
I need your help
Thank you.
Blood results :

Also, the endo's could be right. Have you ever thought of going to see someone?
The mind is a powerful thing especially during and after AAS usage. During you feel like a superhero with insane strength, libido and it gives a huge boost in confidence. However after usage we lose alot of strength, libido and sometimes this also results in loss of confidence.
Now i'm not saying this is the issue you are having. But if you're feeling depressed and suicidal i doubt it would hurt you to go and see someone who might possibly be able to help or point you in the right direction.
Good luck man. Hoping it gets sorted

Cool, so you're already trying things in the right direction.
I'm not an expert on bloods and all, but i see Muscleaddict is already here. Wealth of knowledge and experience heading your way. I'm sure 00pump will spot this as well. Then Pyro will also make his usual appearance and give some great advice.
You're in good hands with the vets on this forum. Take it slow and i'm sure you'll be all good in due time

It got OOPump to a point where he got his wife pregnant and me myself from needing TRT at age 28 up to the high normal range actually so high I was almost out of range but it took me 3 of the PCT 3 protocals and remember take the time that you are on each PCT protocal off before you run the next one. This PCT 3 protocal was developed by a Doctor and he had similar cases with his patients and the blood work to back it up. He writes on this forum from time to time under the name Doctari.

Although PCT 3 is a good way to recover when you are shut down, i would not advise this yet as his bloods (according to the ranges) don't seem to show him being shut down. He has been to endo's and it seems as if different endo's have confirmed him as being within range. I think a bit more info is needed before he jumps on to PCT3.

I dont believe it's high enough to have ED for 1.5 years, you trying to treat the symptoms not the cause.. You need to ask why would it be high, and the questions I asked will provide an accurate assessment, not an assumption that lowering estrogen is a solution, once its lowered and the AI is discontinued, a rebound affect will take place. The endocrinologists have also not triggered that as a concern based on the math of all tests together and I am friends with one and boy do they know their shit.

A few things on your results point to a bad PCT and poor recovery from your cycle. Your FSH AND LH are low, they should have recovered with time and a proper PCT. Hcg "pregnyl" is an LH mimic and, put simply, it stimulates your bodies own testosterone production helping you recover, low LH is an indication of using exogenous testosterone and your bodies natural shutdown. How and when exactly did you dose your HCG, how long did you wait between your last testosterone shot and strating your PCT and how long did you use clomid for and how long did you use nolvadex for?
Your estrogen is relatively high at 37pg, ideally you want to be in the 22 to 25 range. It's not very high, but it is out of "ideal" range.
Your Test is low at 15pg, you would want to be at least mid to upper range. At this range in normal circumstances you would be a candidate for testosterone replacement, you say test is not an issue, but your low test level combined with your fairly high estrogen level is definitely going to make you feel bad.
Answer 00Pump's questions and Muscleaddicts question, then see what they say. In my opinion though, you had a bad recovery from your cycle. I would suggest you listen to what they suggest and then tell your doctor what you used on cycle and see if he suggests a solution. If he insists that you are within range and "fine", then get back on here and see what the advice is.
I'm not going to give you suggestions now considering what you said about depression and your state of mind, I feel bad that I can't give you an answer but I don't think it's responsible for me to give you suggestions, I strongly suggest you speak to your doctor and point out what has been said to you by the guys here. Do some research on the web concerning "normal" and ideal testosterone and estrogen levels and see if he will be prepared to help you.
Good luck.
My comments are not advice, medical or otherwise. I am not a medical practitioner. Always consult your Doctor before making decisions.

If someones suffers from ED for a long time and doesn't bother to mention the most important basic info - age, weight/body fat %, cholesterol and blood pressure history you know it's going to be a tough one to help with.

I am a newbie to this forum and come to assist you from the knowledge I have gained from 26 years of hormone and AAS use. I come with great respect to the wise and experienced brothers on here too.
I started AAS when I was 17 years old in 1991 (I am now 44) and the only info available was Bill Phillips's books the 1991 Anabolic Reference guide and a book by Dan Duchaine. The rest has been trial and error and I am all the better for the life experiences.
From what I can see from your blood tests are the following:
1.) Your FREE TESTOSTERONE level is low, which indicates that it is bound to SHBG rather than low production by your testes, as your total testosterone is fairly good.
2.) Your SHBG is high, which is keeping your available testosterone bound and unable to attach to your androgen receptors.
3.) Your Estrogen level is high and will decrease your libido and your mood.
4.) Your prolactin is also high thus complicating your libido and erectile dysfunction.
I haven't established your age, just from lack of looking, but I would recommend that 1.) you get yourself some Proviron. The genuine Schering brand. Not the Pakistani copy. Take 1 X 25mg tablet twice daily.
2.) Get yourself 4 X Dostinex 0.5mg or Cabaser and take 1 tablet a week for 4 weeks.
3.) Viagra or Kamagra Jellies in case of emergency or as needed whilst the above medications repair your system.
The Proviron will bind to the SHBG and free up your availabile testosterone which is more than sufficient for your system. It will also lower your estrogen level thus increasing your libido.
3.) The Dostinex will lower your prolactin and provide a further libido boost and increase erectile function.
4.) Whilst these meds take effect at least be able to have sex with some Viagra. After 2 to 3 weeks on Proviron and Dostinex you won't need the Viagra.
From your bloods that is the best advice I can give you.
Mods and long term members feel free to comment.
I have used those exact meds to rectify my libido and erectile issues many times in the past.
The Dostinex will also kickstart your hypothalamus and pituitary which will in turn increase your low LH and FSH.
PEACE OUT.
