Long story short - Been training for the last 3 years. Injured my back (slipped disc) and subsequently haven't been back to the gym. Ready to get back into it (13kgs lighter).
Since all my gainz are moertoe, I intend to stack:
1. A Test prop & Tren Combo;
2. D/bolz
3. Decca.
Questions are:
1. How long after I resume my training should I get on the gear above? Immediately or wait a couple of weeks?
2. How long should I cycle each of the above? All of it in for 12 weeks?
Thanks in advance.

If you getting back into the guy. I would start off again train for more then 2-3months then jump on a cycle. Theres no rush.
On cycle. Drop the tren or deva go with either or.
Dbol, TestE & deca fine
Dbol test & tren also fine.
A,i on hand
Pct 3 for both cycles.
Length 10-12weeks.
*deca 10wks oush test 2 weeks extra depending on cycle length
Post diet nd stats. More guys will help.

Taking anabolics before you've strengthened your ligaments and tendons through long term progressive overload is a bad long term decision. Tearing one of these is something that's going to stick with you until the grave. And tearing them is easy on gear.
As a beginner to anabolics, when you're eventually ready to cross over to the dark side, you'll start with something simple like test cypionate on its own. As you advance you'll consider adding in stuff like deca, then later maybe dbol/tbol... And when you're training to get on stage, then maybe tren.
In order to be old and wise you must first be young and stupid.

So i think i would ask for stats first. And then how many cycles have been done in the past.
If you're experienced i would cut out the tren and run with deca. Deca might aid in some relief to your injury while you're trying to bulk up.
However if you have never cycled before please do not just jump on a cycle. The guys here give good advice and it will only be for your benefit to take in what they say

You simply gain strength too fast when you jump back and cycle, making it very easy to injure yourself. There is so many muscles in your lower back and supporting core muscles that all need to strengthen equally to prevent re-injury, as well as the ligaments and tendons which generally take much longer to strengthen than muscles.
I also find that any inflammation due to injury is way worse on cycle than off cycle, so it doesn't even take a full blown injury to have pretty bad pain from inflammation in my back.
If you take it SLOW you can get back to a decent deadlift and squat again, but you can't always rely on how you feel in gym after have a slipped/herniated disc.

Yup, just holding onto a plate. But remember, I'm not a bodybuilder anymore, not for around 15 years. So my goals are different.

I'd say it is relevant, since the OP has had a back injury and hyper extensions could be very beneficial. Reverse hyper extensions are also excellent for rehab but both exercises can do more damage if not done correctly so best to reseach a bit on them. Overextending your hips/pelvis can stress the compromised disc. Unfortunately most gyms don't have reverse hyper machines.

I just followed the bios advice. Had my form corrected from what I thought I was doing right, similar to what MA was saying. Now I just focus, squeeze, release it's really helped my back in a big way. I can bend over and get things out the cupboard, pick my kid up, but it did take some time and takes allot to not slap some plates on and smash a few deadlifts

Hoosain is spot on. This will be my third cycle (the last ending in Dec 2017 - test, decca + dbz). Was sitting at 86 kgs before the injury - now at 73kgs.
I'm staying off the gear until I know Im good to go. After the first week back in the gym its obvious the body isnt ready to go full throttle.
A special thanks to Rooibul. Definitely swapping out those deadlifts and squats for the hyperextensions/hack squats etc. Not by choice as I'm still battling with a pinched nerve
