Clarification on Winny

Hello...

About to kick the winny into the last 5 weeks of my cycle...I wanted to clarify the best way to take the 50mg, having seen conflicting suggestions...I am thinking 20mg early (6am), 20mg at 1pm, and the last 10 at 5pm... The last time I took winny too late I didn't sleep too well, and this face needs all the sleep it can get

What are the thoughts of taking all 50mg at once in terms of liver - I am taking Essentiale extreme and will take 1 tablet for every 10mg of winny I take....
