Nipple lump - tender - on cycle

Some advice from the experts out there:
Running: test slow/fast esters combo 500mg weekly
Tren E: 200mg weekly. First time I’m using Tren.
HCG 250Iu twice a week from week 2
At about 1 week in, developed tender left nipple area. Now week 2, still tender and now has a 1cmx1cm lump just to the left of the Areola. Nothing on the right.
Got everything at hand, in preparation for Tren’s reputation, so can take Adex, Nolva, caber.
Please can someone advise on what to do? Also got Deca at hand in case Tren got too much.

Step one, don't jab the hCG..
After a week, you started to develop tenderness and a lump ? I have never heard of that. You are not using DHEA or any orals? Did you have any blood work done before cycle, because unless you had high levels of E2 / Prolactin, etc what you saying would not be possible from the components you have listed, unless you used hCG earlier and you developed that a few days after the hCG?

Would you be able to suggest a minimal (cheap) range of tests that guys should have before starting cycle?
My minimal tests are:
Prolactyn,
E2 sensitive,
Lipid panel,
Liver function ALT & AST,
Progesterone,
Would you add or subtract from this shopping basket?

I would always get my total and free test levels to know where you need to get back to after PCT, our biggest problem with TRT these days is not having a baseline as to when we where 'younger'and had more 'energy'. I would not worry about LH and FSH. Now if you recover and your E2 / test/ prolactin etc is the same as baseline maybe its become psychological due to the withdrawl and being used to having more testosterone in your body.
