Not that I'm being judgemental, we've all got very open minds about performance enhancement here, but it's good to call a spade a spade, right?
Your nipples will get tingly and painful because you are aromatising the testosterone into estrogen. If you're lucky, you'll be fine, gynocastomea is genetic (bitch tits) - so if you feel even the slightest of lumps forming, it'll be a great time to cut dosage to the regular 80-100 mg/week and take some nolvadex or anastrozyle for the estrogen.
Just a quickie though, TRT is a long term commitment and is more about being healthy than being hulk. TRT is simply testosterone replacement therapy, so you're putting in what's not there because of age, damage, etc. It's not healthy to do anything more than 150 mg/week - your body isn't designed for such high levels continously.
If you read the articles on this site, with suggested protocols, you'll see almost every one limits at 12 weeks - followed by a recovery phase. Staying on 250 mg permanently is going to cause left ventricle damage, possible testicular atrophy that's irreversible and a host of other nasty things I'd really prefer you didn't go through....
What were your blood test results before starting trt?
In order to be old and wise you must first be young and stupid.
Fuck sakes, I'm going to be a genius.

Having said that you are probably self-medicating at that dose and 275 is probably too much. Have you had bloods done and what are the readings on that dose?
Take Nolvadex now for a few days while you have nipple sensitivity. If you pick up other estrogenic symptoms start with an AI, adex or aromasin. Reduce your dose to 150-200. Estrogen issues on TRT are related to your dose, reduce the dose to where you still feel good but don’t have estrogen issues.
Lastly Sust can cause aromatisation issues for some guys because of the different esters. Test C or E or even prop are best for TRT in my opinion.
My comments are not advice, medical or otherwise. I am not a medical practitioner. Always consult your Doctor before making decisions.

Mfezdro wrote: Yes 275 is high but I don’t agree that TRT “stops at 150”. TRT isn’t about numbers it’s about how you’re feeling. I run TRT between 180 and 200 and have done for years, and for what it’s worth, my bloods have never been over the “range”

Once a week is fine for most people. There’s different thought on it. Some say it’s not necessary to split more than that others say it is. I think it depends on how your body metabolises and then aromatises test along with your SHBG levels and how that impacts the test. My goal is to minimize peaks and troughs which will give stable levels and should reduce aromatisation. I’m not sure how accurate it is but check www.steroidcalc.com . You can input different compounds and injection times and it gives you the peaks in blood. I think it’s illustrative because I’m sure there are a lot of things influencing that but it’s indicative. Try it and see what works for you.
Cheers.

Dr Crisler switched many of his TRT clients to subq shots, as well as himself after finding it easier to maintain stable hormones, as well as because of the less painful shots with a 0.5ml slin pin.
