Hi guys i was just wondering if anyone can tell me the roid in the subject name on top is good or not i am a second time user i have used sus and deca as my first cycle it was from Jan till May for the first month i injected 1 every 2 weeks after that it was 1 a week now in May i have bought myself supersize 500 from hd labs and im wondering if anyone can give me some insight about it and maybe a estimate growth difference that i will see.

Your sus & deca cycle was a bit out. Anyways to answer your question.
Supersize 500 is not a good option for you as yet. That blend has test,deca & tren all in one definitely not a option. Stick to single based compounds that you have more control over.
Also look at the sample cycles on this site.
Growth starts with diet then training and last with gear. Just saying
