Follow up on my other post about Cholesterol
Here are the rest of the results
Test Result Range
S-TSH 1.34 uIU/mL 0.35 - 4.94
S-FT4 (Abbott) 11.6 pmol/L 9.0 - 19.0
TESTOSTERONE (TOTAL) 9.7 nmol/L
The following guidelines have been recommended by the
International Society of Andrology:
Total testosterone:
>12 nmol/L : probably does not require therapy
<8 nmol/L : may benefit from testosterone therapy
8-12 nmol/L : If symptomatic and supported by a decreased
calculated free testosterone level, may
benefit from testosterone therapy.
It is recommended that testosterone measurement be repeated
between 0700 and 1100hrs in assessment of clinical
hypogonadism.
SEX HOR. BINDING GLOBULIN 12.60 nmol/L 11.1 - 78.1
FREE TESTOSTERONE 293 pmol/L 180 - 739
Free testosterone is calculated based on constants for the
binding of testosterone to sex hormone binding globulin and
albumin as described by Vermeulen et al.
The 95 % reference range in men older than 18 years is 180
to 739 pmol/L.
In men free testosterone below 180 pmol/L indicate
hypogonadism and testosterone supplementation may be
appropriate after exclusion of alternative causes. Free
testosterone above 250 pmol/L is commonly regarded as
normal. Free testosterone values between 180 and 250 pmol/L
may provide supportive evidence for treatment dependent on
clinical symptoms.
S-FERRITIN 513 ng/mL 20 - 300 H
A serum ferritin > 300 ng/mL in men may indicate Iron Overload, Anaemia of
Chronic disease or an Acute phase response.
P-GLUCOSE fasting 5.30 mmol/L 3.3 - 6.0
INSULIN (FASTING)-S 5.0 uU/mL 2.7 - 10.4
............................................................
: Insulin levels should not be used for the diagnosis of :
: INSULIN RESISTANCE. :
:..........................................................:
HOMA INDEX 1.17 0.08 - 2.0
............................................................
: Use of the HOMA index in ROUTINE clinical practice :
: remains to be proved. Some evidence based data support :
: the diagnosis of insulin resistance if: :
: The BMI is > 27.5 kg/m2 and the HOMA index is > 3.6 :
: (Ref: Best Practice and Research Clinical Endo & Metab :
: 2006, 355-67) :
:..........................................................:
QUICKI INDEX 0.374 > 0.375 L
............................................................
: The above range applies to non obese patients. :
: In obese patients the Quicki index cutoff value is :
: lower - that is >0.321 :
:..........................................................:
GLUCOSE/INSULIN RATIO 1.060 > 0.25
G/I-ratio, HOMA Index, Quicki Index, are unreliable with an
abnormal fasting glucose ( >6.0 mmol/L)
The thyroid results indicate euthyroidism.
S-17b-OESTRADIOL (E2) 85 pmol/L 40 - 161
S-FOLLITROPIN (FSH) 1.1 U/L
..........................................................
: FSH REFERENCE RANGES :

: LH REFERENCE RANGE :
:
:
: FOLLICULAR PHASE................ 2.9 - 21.7 U/L :
: MIDCYCLE ....................... 18.1 - 90.2 U/L :
: LUTEAL PHASE.................... 0.8 - 16.2 U/L :
: POST MENOPAUSAL................. 14.2 - 52.3 U/L :
: ADULT MALES (20 - 70 YRS)....... 1.8 - 8.2 U/L :
:........................................................:
S-PSA 0.65 ng/mL 0.0 - 4.0
................................................................................
:PSA should be used in combination with digital rectal examination and :
:transrectal ultra- sonography for screening/diagnosis of prostate Ca. :
:..............................................................................:
In asymptomatic patients PSA may be repeated after 2-5 yrs. PSA levels may be <
4 ng/mL in 20-25% of patients with localised prostatic tumour.

You can't draw any solid conclusions from your bloodwork because you've just come off MHR and LGD. No need to complicate it more than that. It's unreliable info unfortunately. Your Doc has no idea what's in the pills you've been taking and what effect they've had.
It takes longer than a few weeks for your cholesterol/liver/testosterone to recover. Also, your cholesterol won't change much in one week from adding in a steak every day. Chicken and steak contains almost the same amount of cholesterol. Just stick with lean cuts.

You may want to consider running some hcg to try restart the process and see if it’s just shutdown due to gear, or if you have another issue.
As for the cholesterol, I’m not familiar with the meds, but if it’s a type of statin I would very carefully consider my options before jumping in it.
Hope that helps. Good luck.

Think it might just be the combo of the MHR and sarms. I have some DAA that i use to help the natural levels and it always seems to help a little, along with ZINC and D3.
I forgot to add the Haematology>>

Demolish wrote: I always do PCT yes.
You were running LGD and MHR a few weeks ago, then did PCT, and your Total T is 9.7 with LH under 2 right after PCT?
Something is off here. Almost impossible given the info you've provided, unless your HPTA just royally fucked out suddenly.

I've been tracking my blood results and dosages since I started, testing every 6 months or so. The real problems came about when I did a cardarine and LGD run and when I ran adex after an NPP course. None of that worked well for me. My method now is to stay on test and if I blast, I up my test and add masteron.

I will monitor my mood and things for the next few weeks, but i can feel my test is low. Have been more tired than normal the last few weeks and so. might be a combo of a little increase in bodyfat and lower than normal test levels. getting married in september so want to sort these things out
