Deca cycle advice please

Hi Gents.

I'm 40 done many cycles or mainly test and DHT's I would like to run deca on my next cycle. What test dosage vs deca dosage is required. I dont want to go over 600mg a week on test. How much deca do I need with that and what ancillary should I need

That is debateable. Some guys do well when their Testosterone Dosage is double the Decca Dosage same with Tren. But in the other side of the Coin some guys who run into issues on Tren and Decca do better on a TRT dosage Testosterone and then use the Tren or Decca at Minimum effective dosage.

Keep Cabaser and Nolvadex and an Anti Estrogen like Anastrozole or Letrozole on hand.

If all of this was not in your mind or sounds foreighn or intimadating then be honest, do not use a 19 nor....

Rather go on Testosterone and Equipoise then.

But now I am confused, you mentioned tren?? I'm not understanding what you are saying.

Ok sorry read it again yes makes sense, I have adex and will take half eod see hownthat goes and then do 600 test and 300 deca per week. Is that sounding ok?

Sounds about right.

On the caber take 0.5mg from week 4 every 4 or 5 days.
