Good day. First of all thank you for all the great advice I received on my first sarm cycle. I used rad 140 20mg/day for 8 weeks and gained an incredible amount of muscle and strength. Also got my 1 rep max deadlift over 200kg.
I’m thinking of doing another cycle soon,
Rad 10mg/day
Lgd 10mg/day
Mk 677 15mg/day
8-12 weeks Still deciding.
I do realise the dosages are low, but because of budget restrictions that’s all I can do monthly (including pct for after)
Any suggestions?
I’m considering s23 too, but that could lead to a shutdown.

Give me some stats like age height and weight and what your goal is with this cycle?

I would not take LGD more tha 8 weeks.

Weight: 92Kg
Goal is to pack on lean muscle, I did a dirty bulk with my previous cycle and got up to 96kg but with this cycle I’d like to continue gaining strength and muscle, but not gaining to much fat in the process.

Why not do your cycle like you planned but add S4 Andarine instead of the LGD? Take 25mg Morning and then 25mg an hour pre Workout.

I had awesome results on RAD 140 also 10mg per day with Andarine 50mg split like that.

Okay, why do you prefer S4 over lgd? I haven’t used either..

For a Little bit of an Androgenic effect in there. RAD140 is a great Anabolic SARM. Beteer than LGD in my opinion. LGD is just too suppressive. The Androgenic effect will add hardness and strength.

Yes the MK677 is good I love the Mk677 and Rad combo the S4 will just provide more synergy

That’s great, thank you Rooi Bul, so lgd and rad basically do the same thing, so it’s not necessarily good together compared to s4 and rad which is a bit more “different” in operation?

Rooibul, I can’t et comprehensive information on whether if dosing S4 twice daily is fine. Is twice a day dosage enough?

Hi bud.

Well the half life is 4hours so taking two big dosages a day like 25mg twice a day should be fine and has been fine for many if you read all the forums. Or if it bothers you and you want to be rather safe than sorry then do 3 25mg dosages a day one as you wake up then one again at lunch and the last one an hour pre gym .

I like to take it 5 days on 2 days off

Hello, I need some advice on this: couple of weeks into the second sarm cycle, I’ve noticed in my first cycle and it’s starting now again, some mild pain in the joints( specifically in the hips when I’m squating) and the longer the cycle goes the more intense the pain becomes, when I completed my first cycle, it took about a month for the pain to fade. My inexperienced self thinks that it’s because of the testosterone suppression that leads to lower estrogen levels as well. Will get bloods within the next 2 weeks to verify, but if the pain is because of low estrogen, how can I raise my estrogen to stop the pain.
Or any other theories?

What exactly are you taking? The symptoms are in line with low E2 and you will be experiencing some shutdown and lower E2, but it could also be that we push a lot harder and overtrain on cycle, so joints do take strain. Good idea to do the blood test.

I've personally not taken a liking to the way sarms are being used lately. People are stacking them like crazy and not knowing the full implications... at the same time thinking it's safe. I personally do not recommend sarm cycles to anyone. When someone speaks sarms to me i say do a low test cycle instead... rather the devil you know.

I've also found there are way to many experts on sarms whereas we don't even have proper testing done for there to be any "experts" around. Should someone take sarms i personally think one and max 2 sarms for stacking if you really have to.

my recommendation is to just go low dose test without the sarm. i personally would opt to add some anavar as a "mild cycle"

250mg is fine. That dose won't give much gains but you will feel good and recovery will improve. Most people won't need an AI on that dose, but some do. No way of telling, so best to be on the safe side and have some in case.

It does seem a bit of a waste of a first Test cycle starting halfway into a sarm cycle. If you go ahead you should run it 8 weeks @300mg rather, and then do PCT 1 after 4 weeks.
