Hi Gents,

Hope you are all well, Just wondering here I was on a cycle of Test 600mg and deca 300 per week, In week 5 my coach had me switch to test 300 and eq 600 as we decided to change schedules from a show perspective. I felt fine for the 4 weeks on Deca / test, Two weeks into the eq protocal I hit a bout of anxiety and have been monitoring it closely.

Do you think it was the deca kicking in still or could the eq have caused this only after two weeks using it.

I am predisposed to anxiety, Test has no effect on my anxiety but it smy first time with deca and eq.

EQ does it to me and I even wrote about it in the article section. Lower the EQ down and see how you feel 2 to 3 weeks there after. It isn't a quick fix once anxiety is heightened to now bring it down. Maybe try mindfulness techniques until the EQ has actually lowered from your blood.
