Are you having any side effects besides belly fat? What shape, body fat % were you at before you started the cycle?
You can take Adex but 1mg/day sounds excessive and will probably crash your E2. How long did you plan the cycle to run and what does your PCT look like? What is your plan to bridge for 28 odd days without test before PCT? What have your results been after 12 weeks?
The best way to reduce aromatisation is to reduce your test dose and not to be fat. If this is a straight cycle then Adex is the way to go, if you’re experiencing side effects.

It's tough for me to decipher exactly what your cycle looked like. You have to get your E2 down though, I think before starting PCT. I'd do the following.
Test E - 400mg/week, split into 2 injections so 200mg x 2 per week until end September.
Adex - You say you were taking half? I assume thats 0.5mg every other day? Up that to 0.5mg every day. After 2 weeks go back to lancet and have your Total Test, Free Test and E2 tested. Depending on the result, either stick to that adex dose, reduce it or increase it. Lancet do patient referral tests, you don't need a doctor to request it but must pay upfront.
You will need a 30 day bridge into PCT. So for the month of October you stop the Test E and bridge with something like anavar or Tbol. At end October do PCT 1 on this site.
Usually I would suggest doing Hcg for the 30 days while you bridge, this will stimulate your natural T production, unfortunately Hcg definitely causes aromatisation and adex does nothing to control this. The only thing I could suggest is do another blood test at end September and see where your E2 levels sit then make that call. Hcg for 30 days then PCT 1 would be good depending on E2.
Honestly, I'm not sure that this is even the best solution, I think also see what guys like Pump, Oupa and Muscleaddict have to say. Maybe better to stop now and run the adex for 30 days while he bridges trying to reduce the E2?

Anyway, it's done now. Also, it sounds like you've dropped a lot of weight so well done on that.

But 400mg/week of test can NOT give you a total T of 152nmol. It should be half that. Especially since you're converting so much to estrogen.
Body fat is way too high for a cycle. This is one of the many reasons why one shouldn't do cycles of test or deca with such high body fat levels. Our adipose tissue fat is very high aromatase which converts testosterone converts to estrogen.
You need a MUCH higher dose of arimidex or whatever AI to prevent estrogenic side effects when you're carrying a lot of fat.
Your E2 is so high I would question whether your adex is legit.

Try using NAC for a few months.
