Take it easy bro. I've been on GH straight for almost a year now, it's not a miracle drug. Slow and steady, you want to rejuvenate yourself not add intense metabolic strain. I hope you did all your cancer marker tests if you looking at running this for awhile.

Thanks pump...nope, didn't do any cancer tests. Looking at doing the gh for 3 to 6 months..would that be short term enough, or should I get those tests done.

Tingling and numbness in your hands from 2iu means you've got very decent HGH. Feedback has been great on this brand. Definitely time for me to try some too.

I still get it nearly a year down from EUtropin. So it seems each batch I have recieved has been quite consistent. I have not done bloods for a few months but due within the next 2 before I see my endo again.

I am having this issue now with hands and feet, a little sore and puffy, seems like a bit of water retention, assuming from the gh. Should I drop back to 2iu? Taking the clicks milk thistle with dandelion and my blood pressure med, using the losaar now that has a diuretic...

2iu is plenty bro. I even had to cut back, a year down the line I have been able to tolerate 3iu now, but no reason to use 3iu if you getting side effects, I was using 1iu for quite some months as 2iu was doing the same with me.

If gh related, do I stay on 2iu or drop to 1iu and see what happens...

Wayne wrote: Ok, since last post, dropped to 2iu. Initially, it did get better. But now, hands and feet getting puffy again, feet esp as I am on my feet more now during this busy period at work...also, my right hand only is numb, every day esp the thumb, the other fingers, it comes n goes. Yesterday was quite bad, I was battling to hold the dumbbells. If it is the gh, why numbness only on the right hand and not left? Or is this an injury, some nerve impingement...

Drop to 1 iu. It only happens to me on my left hand. I was struggling on 1iu pharma GH. Rather run it longer at low dose than higher with side effects. I was discussing this with DJ for awhile while having the issue and we agreed for me to ride it out but only on 1 iu.

So I'm thinking in your case, when taking just the blood pressure meds fluid retention might not be an issue, but along with HGH now it might be the last straw that broke the camels back.
I've been using 2.5IU/day of EU HGH for 5 weeks now and I have some tingles in my hands and slight numbness now and then but thats it. The improvements to skin, body composition, recovery and overall wellbeing are very good for underground lab stuff.

Muscleaddict wrote: What BP meds are you on? Blood pressure meds which are calcium channel blockers have edema (hands/finger/feet swelling) as a common side effect. Common BP meds are generally either ACE inhibitors or calcium blockers as far as I know before they add diuretics. ACE inhibitors don't have the edema swelling as a side effect. I was prescribed prexum (perindopril) for high BP and it worked very well for my BP but does not affect fluid retention.

Very valid, always remember when you go on a loop diuretic to supplement with slow-k or equivalent.

You could try 12.5mg HCZ but playing with diuretics is tricky as won't always help much with edema if your electrolyte balance is off.

Thanks, since I dropped to 2iu from 3, the swelling has improved, from yesterday I dropped to 1iu. The numbness in my thumb is what's left. Swelling is not so bad now. The numbness was pretty bad last week that I couldnt grip a 10kg dumbbell properly. Yesterday I had a good training session. So will see how it goes for next week or so on 1iu then maybe up it to 1.5iu...
Thinking to maybe go to chiro or get a deep tissue massage as well, think that will help any?

Reason I say chiro or deep tissue is cos it tends to feel worse after training. I don't train on weekends...(also don't take gh on weekends) and come Mondays, the numbness n pins n needles is much lighter. So thinking maybe also possibly some knotted muscle impeding on a nerve...?

But then also remember when you get off long term GH your potasium is going to be high.

How is Enalapril on water retention and bloat? I am on 5mg every day prescribed by a Docter. He says as I am so heavy and muscular for my size my blood pressure will always be slightly elavated and he wants to keep my blood pressure normal to protect my health as I age.

Hey bud, water retention from BP meds is specifically water around your ankles, swollen feet and hands/fingers, but its not a common side effect. At your very low dose you shouldn't have any issue.
You can probably control your BP just by getting your weight down a bit. But you're in your early 30's so you can get away with carrying a lot of size with borderline blood pressure for a while.

I am going to work on getting some weight off this year. The only meds I am on is the Enalapril but I want to get the wieght off so my BP can be normal. In my mind I am too young to be on meds.
Sorry for the hijack Wayne.
