Howzit Guys
Keen to here your opinions on what would be better in the long term for progress, someone running trt test and low dose mild anabolics.

Buying all the supplements like bcaas, whey, pre workout, glutamine and so on or spending that money on running HGH?

Hi Lobo.

In my opinion if your nutrition is sorted then you do not need more than Whey, a good Multivitamin and a pre workout. The rest is a waste if your diet is good you could even drop the whey if your meal timing and protein sources before training is good.

A low dose GH would be good or even MK677 from LP do the 5days on 2 days off and dose it before bed.

This is just my opinion but I would be keen fo hear what Muscle Addict and 00Pump say about this. Hell even Oupa he is also a wealth of wisdom and experience and he shoots straight from the hip...

It is on you. It always has been...

It depends on my goals. I do 5 meals a day, sometimes 6 only when serious about 'bulking', always BCAA's intraworkout, and some no caffeine preworkout for a pump. If the goal is under 8% body fat, lately I don't bother with any whey protein, or I might have 2 or 3 shakes per week max. I eat more meat and egg whites instead.

If I'm gaining size then I have 1 shake post workout, and maybe chug one more down with oats if I'm too busy to prep a 6th meal. I'd rather eat biltong than have whey.

Extra glutamine I find does nothing for recovery on cycle. Rather put that money towards anabolics or MK677. I take niacin, NAC, Omega 3's, centrum daily. D3 in Winter.

I wouldn't change anything to have more money for HGH. HGH would have been a waste of money in my 20s. Now after 40 it's worth every cent.

Not been a competitive bodybuilder and simply doing it for the love of training and trying to look and feel my best, makes me want to optimize what I'm spending on this to be able to put more money towards other things in life .
If HGH is going to give one something that you can't get from anything else, wheres the benefits of supplements can be achieved from solid diet it would make sense to spend that money on the hgh alongside the gear, trt. Vitamins and omega aren't really here nor there as far as cost goes, they cheap but in the UK gears about double what you get it for in SA and I if cut out the bcaas, pre, whey and glutamine I could just about get a kit of ugl HGH a month genX trophin, turning 35 this year it might also be the smarter choice for the other benefits that come with HGH for longevity and anti ageing
