Slight gyno popping up

I've noticed some slight gyno issues this morning. I'm not that keen on letro and adex.
Will nolvadex be sufficient to stop this or should more aggressive letro be used instead?
Did 20mg superdrol pd for 3 weeks
400mg test cyp|enan per week. Week 5
Finished the sdrol yesterday.
Adex and letro will block estrogen production but some estrogen is needed for growth not to mention the big impact on hdl cholesterol.
Nolva blocks estrogen receptors so estrogen cannot bind to them but also blocks or prevents igf-1.
Nipples slightly itchy and hard behind. Previously I would just have klapped letro however now I'm unsure of the best approach to still keep making progress, effectively addressing the issue AND without further decreasing hdl cholesterol.

I meant reduce igf1 not prevent|block. Or will the effects of the testosterone on igf1 negate most of the nolvadex igf reduction

If you're concerned with it getting worse or if it's already bad, I have previously done 5 days of either clomid or nolva while running aromasin. The SERM would block the receptor while the aromasin goes to work. after 5 days drop the SERM and continue use of aromasin as required until your cycle is done.
