Morning Guys,

I am trying to find the place that I read that tamoxifen has the propensity of block e2 receptors in breast tissue but as well as fat cells? I know that the Late Great Dan Duchaine used Tamoxifen, for this reason, I am just trying to find out where I saw the study/article.

Has anyone read anything like this? Reason for digging into this is, i am looking at the stubborn fat loss "stack" if you may call it that, something that can be run in the last 4-6 weeks of a Hard fat loss cycle, so for 4-6 weeks something along the lines of :

week 1: 5mg yohimbine, 200mg Caffeine, 2mg Albuterol 3x a day + 10mg tamoxifen once-daily
week 2: 5mg yohimbine, 200mg Caffeine, 4mg Albuterol 3x a day + 10mg tamoxifen once-daily
week 3: 5mg yohimbine, 200mg Caffeine, 6mg Albuterol 3x a day + 10mg tamoxifen once-daily
week 4: 5mg yohimbine, 200mg Caffeine, 8mg Albuterol 3x a day + 10mg tamoxifen once-daily
week 5: 5mg yohimbine, 200mg Caffeine, 8mg Albuterol 3x a day + 10mg tamoxifen once-daily 1mg Ketofin Pm
week 6: 5mg yohimbine, 200mg Caffeine, 8mg Albuterol 3x a day + 10mg tamoxifen once-daily 1mg Ketofin Pm

yes, it seems like a lot to run 24mg of albuterol a day however there are long term studies done where they run it for 12 weeks straight for muscle growth and body fat loss with 0 ketofin etc, Why do I suggest only running Ketofin in the last 2 weeks? cos that shit makes you hungry as fuck, Drowsy, so the idea is to use the least effective dosing possible.

why albuterol and caffeine? well, every 2mg of albuterol and 200mg of caffeine dose taken in a day has the ability to burn about 160kcal per dose, and I found it didn't fuck with my anxiety as much as clen does. and it pretty available under the brand Venteze from the pharmacy, 100x2mg tabs is about R85.

Has anyone actually done any further reading on Benedryl/Betasleep for receptor downgrade? its a bunk myth, sadly. There was an article by Mike Arnold somewhere floating around stating that it was a waste of time and ketofin is the one to use.

Really interesting topic. I'd never thought of Tamoxifen as a potential weightloss agent however from the little research I just performed it seems promising although study methods are definitely weak.

academic.oup.com/jjco/article/31/9/424/791285 - This article was interesting. Although this article could not definitively prove that Tamoxifen was the reason that Leptin increased in patients with breast cancer it's an interesting thought. People treated with Tamoxifen had higher leptin levels. Leptin is a hormone responsible for inhibiting appetite and inducing apotosis of adipose tissue.

www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4669751/ - This study suggests that Tamoxifen is cytotoxic to adipose tissue via release of reactive oxygen species, thus decreasing total body fat. However, this study was done in mice which is the second weakest type of study. Interesting nonetheless.

onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/wrr.12322 - This study was done on Adipose tissue stem cells which were isolated from humans and showed a significant (p<0.05) reduction in these precursor cells. But this study was in fact looking at how Tamoxifen shouldn't be used whilst performing reconstructive breast surgery because fat from other parts of the body (typically we use Lower abdominal fat) would apoptose and thus increase failure rates for these fat grafts.

I couldn't find the study you mentioned about Tamoxifen influencing E2 recptors in the fat tissue, however I know just from having studied surgery that Tamoxifen does bind to fat cells (adipocytes) since it is a major sight of aromatisation in females.

The use of Tamoxifen in fat loss looks promising.

Dan Duchaine was a master in his day, crazy as fuck and got a couple people addicted to some meds that where only partially benefitial to body building, also brought to light that hypertension medication that is known to block a2 receptors but causes major lethargy, I will find the name.

And he is the man that brought DNP to the fore front of bodybuilding. At one stage he put out the formula to make your own dnp at home.

Also brought usnic acid to light aswell, which is also a mitochondria uncoupler and topical aminophyline and yohimbine combo for cellulite.

Thanks for listing the studies, I must admit, I love reading his older work, man was a genius and a madman at the same time.

He would get guys to run a big bulk cycle, and after 10 weeks use dnp for 2 weeks to cut back some of the fat and improve insulin sensitivity. And then back to bulking.

"block a2 receptors but causes major lethargy, I will find the name" - I think it is an agonist called Alpha Methyl Dopa/Aldomet.

This guy sounds a bit like Michael Scally, who did an interesting but insane study on two individuals by putting them on 100mg of anadrol for 12 weeks or 8 Weeks, can't remember.

Caprotil is the drug aswell as zestril.

Edit : i see Dan changed his mind from further research saying tamoxifen may not work, however it seems from real-world experience it may.

Methyldopa does not work nearly as well as 'clonidine', maybe that is what you where thinking of. Central acting and can be used off label from addiction to ADHD back to blood pressure.

Oh you referring to an ACE inhibitor. I'm sure I'd look at blood pressure medication for weight loss when there is so many safer ways to skin a cat without the vast side effects. However if you using it on context while on cycle and most people run a little high, throwing in a BP med is certainly a wise thing to do.

yea it is, they recommend 50mg Caprotil daily, but if you have kidney issues, Zestril is the one to use, you will only notice effects after 8 weeks, very similar to Yohimbine.

Hi, Empire.

Would you not be concerned by the drop in IGF-1 and GH by the Nolvadex? 25%?

It is on you. It always has been...

if you are using if for a short 6 week cycle to get really peeled, then no. We obviously need higher levels of gh to have an increase in IGF-1, however it doesn't shut it down completely.

so look at it this way, your main goal of a dieting phase is to get as much fat off of your body whilst preserving muscle mass. So blunting gh and IGF-1 for a short period of time may slow down a little muscle growth and fat loss, but you are making up with the albuterol caffeine yohimbine stack by burning 480-500 calories just from stimulants. Also, long term albuterol usage also increases muscle mass whilst burning fat.

the goal of a dieting phase isn't to grow muscle. If you do, then great, however its not the main goal, so a little blunting of that for 4 to 6 weeks isn't going to be an issue.
